Lowest quality SAMBOKOJIN compare to other branches. Pre and during pandemic mall branches are better. This branch have very poor quality and few food choices.

Unhygienic service, same tong was used to open the grill and food serving.

2 naman sana rate ko, kaso i-1 ko na lang. Bakit?
- Konti na lang choices sa pagkain.
- May na-stuck na langaw sa icing ng cake ko, buti di ko nakain.
- Di binigyan ng complimentary birthday cake ang boyfriend ko at di rin kinantahan table namin. (FAIR lang dapat. Same naman kami ng bayad di ba.)

Worth going for the birthday promo. Food is really good. Regular price, it's expensive, but you can't beat the quality vs price here.

EDIT July 2022: I had to edit my review because Sambo Kojin West Avenue is now just a shell of what they used to be. It is disgusting, there is ZERO customer service, signifcant reduction in choices. NOT WORTH IT DO NOT GO TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

Used to be the go to Buffet place pre-pandemic but it is now expensive for the quantity and quality of food.

Worse branch of Sambokojin. Waited for two hours only for our group to be seated separately without them informing us that that will be the case. After having been finally seated, we were told they were closing in an hour. No salmon, no tuna. Bad service.

Has 3 contact numbers posted on their main site, but no one's answering anynof them. Been trying to call for the last 30 minutes. If you can't attend to a phone call, I can just imagine how the qctual service is like.

Staff are accomodating, kudos. However, we were dissapointed, with Southmall branch, the food, ramen and the ones for grilling are too salty, and you wont even need any sauce! Even the desserts, cakes are too sweet and not moist.taste like literally sugar! The floor is slippery. This is our first time in this branch, we were happy knowing we have this in the south, we always go to megamall branch, were the cake are moist, desserts are fantastic! Even the food are flavored great. This is where we get our compariaon from. Hope this review would help to improve southmall branch.

Wide selection of korean and japanese food, plus carvings.but staff having difficult time to attend to customers’ requests for drinks. Better make it self-service.

The foods are not the same as before more on Filipino foods. Foods are ok but they clean our table eventhough were not yet finish.very unethical

They do not provide butter or oil so when cooking, meat tend to stick to pan. Need to constantly ask for pan replacement as food tends to be burned. Few selection of meat. Kimchi doesn't taste too good, too sweet.

Place was not neat. Staff was not so nice. It's like they don't really care about their customers. The desserts weren't refrigerated. The crème brulé wasn't glazed properly. The roast beef here was too salty. There aren't a lot of choices for the food in this branch. It takes a while for them to refill. And Poor customer service.

The food choices are not worth it for 1k+ PHP. Sambokojin SM fairview is way better than this branch and has a lot of food to choose from. Sadly to say, I was disappointed when we visited this branch. Aside from limited food choices, they also forgot the cake for our 2 birthday celebrants. Given the fact that we already informed them upon placing a reservation. Lastly, they don't have a birthday banner with performance for the birthday celebrants.

Reasonable price. Different food options available. Some people getting food forgets to wear mask already.

Sad on what happened to this establishment.

Reservation took a long time for someone to pick up. If the branch has new phone line number and mobile number please change them now. I've been calling West Ave Branch for 30 minutes after 5pm since it opened for dinner but all I was getting was busy lines and incorrect number even though it was they're website's number.

2nd floor was closed out so 1st floor is packed everyday. Whatever happened to Dad's / Saisaki?

Food was not good as I was expecting. 5 Years ago, I would definitely recommend this to friends and coworker, but now? I would probably go to other family buffet place instead.

I was actually expecting a bit more of a variety like the other branches I've been.

Building is very old.very few choices of food.cooked food not to our liking.with too many options for eat all you can nowa days, and with their very pricey amount, you might think it over before going here

It is triple V outlet, we tried it because of that. Turns out it is not much better than the other korean bbq places. Would choose dad`s over this.

Choices are not as comorehensive as Megamall's Sambo Kojin. Still the staple choices are arguably above average.

Parking has free valet service. Place is motorist-friendly

Staffs seemed to be shy to dance and greet the birthday celebrants. You might want to change your strategy in greeting birthday celebrants. For staff's welfare as well, do not let one person to dance. They are being shy. I imagine if I were in their shoes I dont want to dance as well. Much better if every members of the greeters will dance.

Food: few choices of food but still tje service is good.

My 1st dine-in experience (Megamall Branch) is grossly far far from West Ave branch. Megamall branch was so organized, from the lights to the neatness of the dish arrangement, down to the flooring, was a superb experience. West Ave staff are not as neat as the Megamall staff. In West ave, we had to wait from queue#26 to #18 to #9 to #6 before they got a seat for us. It was my birthday celebration and my kids were with me anyway. The consumed empty dish plates were refilled so slow. I'm happier with the service of Sambokojin Megamall branch. Thank you.
