Sambo Kojin reviews
66The food was good.we have received exceptional service as well.although, the reservation said dinner was 5PM-9PM but they closed at 8PM.i just didn't know why it wasn't stated in the first place.thus, resulting to wasted/leftover food: (also, wasn't well-ventilated.it was kinda warm inside but was manageable.would come back again but perhaps not soon
They follow the health protocols in this current situation we are in. And their staffs are easy to approach.
I love how the staff doesn't watch the customers eat and they're humble and always refill the iced tea and water.the food is okay, there are many choices.
Place have way less people. They recommend reservation instead of walk-ins. They have necessary tools for contact tracing as well.
Food was great. Great place to eat. Staffs are accomodating except for the one lady at the entrance, I was annoyed because we asked her where to park, and she just told us to look for a place to park our car like she was annoyed for asking her that question. We didn't get her name. Luckily the manager was very humble to assist us. My only concern is the comfort room, dirty toilet papers are all over the floor in women's CR.
Amazing experience earlier today!
Props for the implementation of safety protocols.
Courteous and attentive staff.
Clean restaurant interiors.
Wide food selection.
Please let your attendants know if you're dining with birthday celebrants before getting your bill.
Enjoy!
The place was nice.the food selection was reduced compare last year.fyi the 888 is just a promo for those who has a reservation. But for walk ins they need to pay about 1k plus
Maybe the whole process following the safety protocol is new to them
the process is kinda mess up, hope they can improve this
Pretty packed when we got there. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent. Most memorable for me were the ice cream and sushi. Keep it up!
I prefer sambo than vikings, they replenish the dishes immediately, staff are very friendly and courteous, it's worth your money
It is triple V outlet, we tried it because of that. Turns out it is not much better than the other korean bbq places. Would choose dad`s over this.
The best. We requested a birthday song for our supervisor, they gave 2 birthday song and dance performances, and they're funny.
For me, this branch is better compared to their mall branches. One thing to improve on are the toilets.
They are very fast is refilling all their viands so its a thumbs up.
Went there upon opening of dinner buffet, people are coming and building up, there is a waiting area where there are seats available but its not that enough though to accommodate all Sambokojin's and Dad's customers.
Overall Rating: 5 stars
They do not provide butter or oil so when cooking, meat tend to stick to pan. Need to constantly ask for pan replacement as food tends to be burned. Few selection of meat. Kimchi doesn't taste too good, too sweet.
Worse branch of Sambokojin. Waited for two hours only for our group to be seated separately without them informing us that that will be the case. After having been finally seated, we were told they were closing in an hour. No salmon, no tuna. Bad service.
I liked the food, too many options to choose from. They also have high chairs which is perfect for kids, and they accept reservations for parties and personal events.
It's just that coffee is not on the unlimited buffet menu. So, you pay almost a thousand pesos and you will need to make additional payments for a cup of coffee. I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars, because to me, coffee is life and I can have unlimited coffee with other Japanese unli buffet restaurants.
Choices are not as comorehensive as Megamall's Sambo Kojin. Still the staple choices are arguably above average.
Parking has free valet service. Place is motorist-friendly
Staffs seemed to be shy to dance and greet the birthday celebrants. You might want to change your strategy in greeting birthday celebrants. For staff's welfare as well, do not let one person to dance. They are being shy. I imagine if I were in their shoes I dont want to dance as well. Much better if every members of the greeters will dance.
Food: few choices of food but still tje service is good.
