Worst airline ever, suffered an 8 hour delay resulting in me missing my international connecting flight. Where possible, book with Cebu or Philippine air, they’re a lot more reliable.

Airlines na walang malasakit sa pasahero, nag cancel ng flight due to rain weather, walang accommodation sa pasahero ikaw ang mag bayad sa hotel at transportation mo uli.

Worst airline ever. Flight cancelled, no change to a different flight and still waiting for the reimbursement with no response from the customer service.

I booked a flight for September 2018 on April 2018.
Suddenly Skyjet change flight schedule on September 2018 and I could not accept schedule change.
I requested a refund and Skyjet said yes.
Since September 2018, it has been 4 month past and NO REFUND AT ALL.
And NEVER REPLY on email.
This airline SUCKS!

Worst airline. No announcements. 4 hours delay NAIA Terminal 4. Not even water provided unlike AirasAi which provides snacks and drinks. Better DON'T fly this airline. Especially one of their "service staff" (Cathy) was very rude when I asked for an update of the flight status.

Plane: is in good condition even though its not brand new as evident in the interior but I'm glad they maintained it in good condition. It's a jet engine I think its an Airbus - from UK
Flight Attendant: Is very good, well trained, approachable, willing to help - Thumbs up for them - I know they are flying almost 6 times a day or more but they are still smiling and you can never see or hear them complain.
Ground Flight Attendant: Manila Crew - They are good, they assist and check the line - they inform that the line is for the specific flight and assist the baggage. They explain what you can check in or hand carry inside the flight.
The flight was supposed to be 2PM but moved to 5Pm they provide a snacks while we are waiting - they constantly providing us updates of the flight.
Busuanga ground crew: I read some review about the crew - I may say they are correct - They never inform or provide updates - on PA.
They also never provide us snacks while waiting for the flight.
But when we line to check in for boarding pass - they are good and willing to assist - they smile - I dont know about the other review - maybe they are the one who is too demanding about the crew - but I can understand them - you are customer service maybe they should train them - to assist - and provide effortless customer service.

I a bit suspicious why their flight are always late - I know they are using the same plane for other destination but - they are always late -
I know Manila Domestic Airport are too busy - its so hard to line up for approach or even the take off.

The management should adjust the time and take consideration about that time - so that we are not waiting - and wasted schedule and we can also adjust our schedule in our destination.

Flight going to Busuanga - Coron Palawan June 3,2018

Another Issue of Money over safety issue

In May 2015, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines suspended SkyJet operations after a team of experts from the European Commission and the European Aviation Safety Agency observed eight safety shortcomings in its operations, from flight data monitoring and quality assurance to airworthiness and maintenance control. [10] On May 22, the Pasay City Regional Trial Court (RTC) issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) enjoining the CAAP from enforcing the suspension or 20 days, saying that the suspension order issued against SkyJet, dated May 15, was clearly "irregular, not valid, and issued without due process of law. " SkyJet said it had asked the court to clarify the matter because it believed CAAP did not give it due process before deciding to suspend operations. SkyJet also filed a civil case against CAAP officials included a P20-million ($448,687.55) damage claim because of the losses incurred by the airline, and that the "irregular suspension order caused delays that affected around 2,900 passengers". [11] Before the expiration of the TRO, the CAAP lifted the suspension and SkyJet withdrew the civil suit.

Accidents and Incidents:
On October 19,2013, a chartered SkyJet flight with 68 passengers and seven crew on board from Manila, overshot the runway on the island resort of Balesin in Quezon. No one was injured in the accident but the aircraft was damaged beyond repair. [15]
On February 27,2018, a SkyJet aircraft overshot the runway of Sayak Airport in Del Carmen, Surigao del Norte. All 73 passengers and four crew members evacuated the aircraft unharmed. The cause of the incident is currently under investigation, but the CAAP is noting a possible bird strike after one of the passengers reported that the pilot attempted to dodge a passing eagle. [16]
June 8,2018, SkyJet flight M8 717 from Manila overshot the runway of Francisco B. Reyes Airport in Coron, Palawan. All 80 passengers and 6 crew members were safe. According to an initial report of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), runway excursion at the end of the runway east side of the aerodrome beyond the fence. [17]

Horrible service! Very rude! The whole team at coron airport (USU airport)

When we first checking the girl in the did not make eye contact nor did she say anything, no interaction, the flight was delayed 3 times and no announcements, we had to ask them to announce it so other ppl can hear them. The whole team was rude. I had to ask for an supervisor and said they didn't have one. They have me the wrong email address. Here's the name of the employees working: Joanne Romero, Mercedes antilla, Orlando tolentino, Jeffrey lance cerullo, Irish decatoria

Please don't fly this airline. I'm a tourist who spend thousand US dollars in the phillipines. They don't seem to appreciate it.

Flew to Coron Feb20,2017 it was fine but the ground departure crue is not so organize if someone has a problem the manager should take care of it because we were lining up and was not being attended to when they could proceeded taking care of other customer because it tied up a lot of passenger while the manager straighten the problem and it cause so much bad attention to Sky Jet. Need more training of your ground attendants.

Flight cancelled without any notice, found out at the airport, and did not find out until enquired at the counter. They half-assed rebooking passengers on other flights. Lost a day's vacation waiting at the airport for a flight out.
