As part of protocol, before you go shopping make sure to have your own KyusiPass QR Code, wear your face mask and face shield otherwise you cannot enter and of course observe proper distancing for your own safety.

Less people at certain times, so during a pandemic like this and you want to avoid people, it is a good place to go grocery shopping.

Strict na sila sa parking. Kahit na dun ka mag lunch at mag grocery after ng errand mo elsewhere. So kung may pupuntahan ka pa look for parking somewhere else.

Been doing grocery here even before the pandemic. Lacks a few things every now and then. But the big space, fewer people, shorter lines, and adequate ventilation make it the safest grocery during the pandemic.
Pluse there's HMR in the same building for great finds.

Before it was turned into a huge Supermarket, this was once a resort here in Cubao, named Kobe.

As the resort closed, it was converted into a big warehouse-type of supermarket named, Makro.

Then again, the business depleted and became SM Hypermarket in the current times.

It is so spacious that it can accommodate up to a thousand customers during the Pre-Pandemic Era.

But as we are still here in Pandemic, they have limited the number of customers going inside the market. Hoping that the health restrictions would ease and our lives go back to normal once again.

This is by far the best SM store I have ever been to. It's posh but upholds a non-intimidating atmosphere because the staff is gracious and evenhanded. I saw how the store transformed. And I loved how it has evolved into. If you are in for some shopping from the Mid-range to the high-end price, then this is your place. This shopping mall can cater to the middle class and the upper classes with a wide selection of apparel. Premium brands are available there as well.

They dont give you boxes for your gtoceries.tgey give you flimsy paper bags. When i asked to double the bag they said management does not allow it. The managrr would rather have me refund than to give me extra paper bags. Hoing to other stores next time.

Sa dinamidami ng mga (contractual) na empleyado ng SM Group, sana siguraduhin nila na may mga tamang presyo ng lahat ng bilihin na madaling makita, at nasa tamang puwesto-hindi yung kelangan mo pang basahin ang napakaliit na font na pangalan ng item mismo. Ang dalas that the price displayed refers to a totally different item. So inefficient and a further burden on us customers.

Poor customer service. I understand there's a pandemic but the store still not close but all cashiers are getting ready to close even still 1 hr before closing.

The place is huge and plenty of selections.they also impose safety protocols to shoppers.keep it up guys job well done to the management.

A great place to shop for both local and international groceries that is conveniently adjacent to the EDSA in QC.

DO NOT buy Fresh Meat/Fish Here! I bought ALOT of meat and fish and they are all BAD.either smells bad or tastes bad.specially pork products

Worst place to buy goods. Vegetables are not fresh and you cannot buy in your desired quantity since most are in large bundles and not versatile to pick few. It's better to buy groceries in shopwise cubao.

Great place and option to shop rather than goinhlg to cubao to buy things that you may need, but restrooms are poorly maintained.

I used to really like their TURON but after seeing today I wouldn't buy it anymore. I saw the guy who's getting the TURON get the money using his plastic gloves and the SAME plastic was used to get the turon! And he even used the SAME plastic glove to make the TURON!

It is too hot do your groceries during daytime til around 4pm.they even put big fans cause their chocolates melt. That's why i used to do groceries during late afternoon or night.staffs are friendly and helpful.guards are just ok.
