Mababait ang mga doctors, had my spine surgery here last Oct 2022 and very approachable ni Dr Miles and Dra Macalalad.

Based on the website itself and from what I saw during my very first visit, the direction of UDMC is very positive. The Laboratory Department office and HR Department has a welcoming environment and with glances, I can say that the staff are diligent in their work.

I will be cheering on UDMC’s future accomplishments from the outside.

Even though raised in Laguna, can't leave the fact that this is the place where I was born. UDMC! Looking to invest in this beloved city in the near future.

The staff are helpful and polite. Service fee is reasonable, compare to others they are affordable. Outside looks old, but it has some best doctor and professional. Good doctors and customer service

Other staff were friendly, their hallways aren't as well lit as other hospitals and they should really fix their elevator.

The hospital has a great location but its services are facility neefs an upgrade.
Their equipment and machines too.
For an expensive hospital, UDMC needs a management overhaul, it's not improving their services. The lift alone is pathetic.

The doctors are very professional at magaling talaga. Especially Dr. Bizares, Ob gyne and Dr. Gan, Pedia. However, the facilities should have a repair and the equipment are old and need to be replaced. Mahirap din magpunta sa ER nila dahil madalas walang Doctor.

Ill give it 1 star, but the nurse who took care of me she was nice and makes jokes too. But the doctor who tended me was really rude even my really kind gf found her grumpy and rude. Our bill was XX, XXX but if I'll pay based on the service that we received I won't even spend a hundred lol

This hospital is very old. Your bill at the end of the service maybe surprisingly high. Not quite recommended to the less fortunate or even to some middle class citizens. The emergency area has no drop off area, patients are dropped off while in street and thoroughfare of vehicles. Chances of killing the patient is high there to start of.

The facilities and equipments are way TOO ANCIENT and OUTDATED. As you enter inside, feels like you were in the 70s. Judging by the the look of the equipments, they probably hardly ever work! In some cases, I’ve seen some public hospital better than this. This hospital may have good doctors but rarely you see them engage with patients or patients’ next of kin. Nurses seem to have the same response to people how “life is important than the cost the hospital bills”. For the most part it’s true, but sometimes it happens that next of kin are not financially prepared for the outcome of their sick love ones.it can be mentally draining.

Aesthetically the whole building itself looks so unhygienic. For example, bathrooms have guidelines on how to wash hands properly but no soap in sight to use. (I guess you have to bring your own soap?). This hospital needs a major overhaul or perhaps start over not just a simple Botox or renovation. Piece of advise, ask what’s going on, be savvy with with everything, engage with the doctor assigned, have tons of knowledge in preparation of the outcome. (And to make your money worth).

This hospital doesn't deserve even 1 star.my grandmother died dahil sa maling diagnose ng Doctors dyan.masakit ang stomach tapos sasabihin nila may phlegm? Sa tyan? Take note hindi lang once nag pacheck up lola ko sa kanila dahil di nga siya nagiging okay pero same lang nangyari.so we transferred her to a different hospital, she was diagnosed of kidney cancer (stage 3).

I recently called to inquire about a PET CT Scan, but unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was very unprofessional. I wasn't finished speaking, but the individual rudely responded with "Wala" in a dismissive tone before I could even finish my question. I had to ask them to repeat themselves, which was very frustrating. I was taken aback by their lack of patience and customer service skills. It would have been greatly appreciated if they had listened to my inquiry and provided me with a clear answer.

I live super near so the only good thing about this hospital is its location. I had 3 encounters with this hospital.

1st: Encounter, went here years a go got rob by the ENT doctor who misdiagnose my headache for a sinus problems, Maxicare telemedical consult corrected the diagnosis it was allergic rhinitis all along.

2nd: Had a viral infection so I check-in to flush out the virus the room I was in has ipis and the bed is not comfortable.

3rd: My pregnant wife needed 7 consecutive doses of antibiotics so we went here because of its location and our doctor advise bed rest so bawas travel time, despite the under staff emergency ward the nurses/guards were accommodating. On our 5th day we were ask to find another hospital because our attending doctor is not from UDMC with no recommendation or any concern for my pregnant wife we were ask to transfer.

3 Reasons to go here:

1. Go here if you absolutely have no choice.
2. If you are tired of living.
3. When you want to donate money. They over charge your Medicard provider, don't issue break down of fees and provide sub par facilities, wheel chairs are rusted, don't use medical gloves when installing hep-lock.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Nurses here have unpleasant attitude. They don't care about their patients, they only care about finishing the job. This hospital should replace their nurses. Nurses that really care for their patients emotions and well being. Especially those nurses who are on night shift, on April 12,2023

People usually say "you get for what you pay".
It's definitely not the case of UDMC hospital.
It's like paying for the Shangri-La hotel and end up in the economy room at SO. GO!
They're actually doing a makeover of the entrance hall, but the whole place should need a good makeover.
Aesthetic of the place aside, doctors and nurses seem all voted to make you spend your money! Low Professionalism and competences. Definitely a low level structure and staff.
Business comes first for them and once you start saying you will move somewhere else, they'll just stop care about you.
If you can avoid to go there and get your bank account emptied, just do it.

Poor patient care. My sister has a dengue all they do is to check her cbc from 40 to 47 to 40, hospital has no blood extraction for the purpose of blood transfusion. They know the consequence of low hemoglobin but no one is contacting the attending physician to inform whatever they need to inform. No other doctor is assigned. We are ready for hospital transfer but they want for us to wait till 7 am in the morning. Dami pang red flags, sinabi at ginawa sa family members namin, unethical ng hospital na ito. Very poor service poor patient care. Hope my sister is still alive in the morning.

Operation waiting area full of Misquitos.
The hosital is being renovated but still very low low in profile.
Cannot recommend to anyine even a low middle class family.
Their MODUS OPERANDI is they acceot patent admission from the ER where they charge you.
ER DOCTOR IS VERY BASTOS!
