Worst service

From my experience, poor service- all around. The cameraman rushed me through my shoot and angled my head in the most unappealing was possible. They had poor communication with our batch representative. Lastly, I'm still upset that my grad photos were delivered months after I graduated. Seriously, that's basic. Exercise your due diligence and take time to scout out other photo studios.

Horrible service. We used them for our yearbook back in 2015. When production ran into issues, it became impossible to get satisfactory answers from them. They gave us so many incomprehensible excuses. Even getting them on the phone to talk was an issue. It's been almost 4 years since we paid for their service and we still don't have our yearbook. Don't use this company. They're a waste of time and money.

Very poor customer service. They will never deliver promised items on time. Charge you so much for poor service. Look for another provider.

Very poor service and staff attitude. Everything comes with a price and they CANNOT comply with the contract. Your picture is available for like what, 3-5 years later? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STUDIO TO ANYONE (seriously, I do not lie on this one). They should just close their business. Such a fake business with useless staffs. Not a hate review but a real talk review.

Very poor service. Gagawin mo palang yung pose pipicturan ka na nila and isasama nila yung photos na pagpipilian na nakapikit, nakanguso, nakatigin sa kung saan. I hope the business can do something about dito and please, atleast try your very best to be on time also the staffs pagpasok mo palang parang kaaway mo na sila.

Poor service. Took several follow ups and months of talking just to be able to solve a simple problem.

The digital photos ended up nice. The problem was in the delivery of the physical copies and their communication. In August 2022 they said they were having supply issues and said they'd update me on when they'd have available to deliver, but they haven't got back to me since. I followed up with them on September and this April and they haven't been responding to my emails for an update, which is frustrating.

Edit: Was able to get assistance for this promptly after this review. Physical photos look good.

I love the quality of prints and how accomodating their staff to my queries especially Sir Davin. Their make up artist follows safety protocols and friendly.

However, their location is not a “commuter-friendly”, there is also no signage outside, and during our shoot my sched is 1pm but we started at around 4pm.

Photos are of high quality and the team is responsive and accommodating. They followed health safety protocols during the shoot.

Good place for shoots. A staple for some universities and colleges for grad shoots. The place itself can get really hectic and corwded since the space itseld is not that big.

Hi Zone5, can i still request for soft copies of my graduation pics last 2010? If it is still possible, how can I make a request?

I highly recommend Zone 5. Our batch had trouble with the scheduling of our initial grad photo provider, so my friend and I booked individual appointments with Zone 5. Despite constraints due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was able to book an appointment on short notice, and I got my grad photos in time for my graduation.

I'm also very grateful that the studio archives the photos of their customers. A year after the appointment, my laptop got damaged and I lost all my data, including the downloaded copies of my grad photos. I reached out to the studio in case there was a slim chance I could get copies of my photos again. They responded to me shortly after, and I was able to download my photos again in a few days.

Very spacious, safe to take pictures as they put disinfectant units all over the place, very professional, highly recommended!

Big place, enough for social distancing, follows health protocols:) Very very nice staff from makeup artists, photographers, and literally everyone there! <3 Best part is, my awkward self did not have to think of poses because they helped me and directed my whole shoot HEHE

Photoshoot was magical. Staff were super kind, encouraging and just super warm. Emotional support was something they were able to give despite the pandemic. No chaperones were allowed inside, but the staff were very very very supportive. Shout out to Nanay she's the best. Make up artists (mine was with them for 7 years already!), and photographers are experienced and encouraging. The lady in the cashier section was super classy and graceful Thanks, Zone 5! More power! No regrets.

They did our gradshoot last year, and the photos turned out great! They're very responsive and nice to talk to.

Have requested a soft copy of my son's graduation picture that took 2years ago, and they provided it immediately without any hesitation...

My photoshoot was last 2019 but the pictures are still in good condition. I highly recommend this because the staff were very nice and easy to approach. Keep up the good job.

Aside from the great quality pictures, they were very accommodating. It was a smooth experience with them and will definitely be back for future photoshoots. Kudos to the Zone 5 team!
