Just sharing my experience today @Zone 5 Photo Studios, Inc.i would give them a grade of 1 for the good service I've had today at their studio esp to the make up artist Lhara, she's so kind and willing to answer to all of my queries. Thank u also the the stylist and photographer. Great job there. Overall, I have a good and memorable experience with them. Big thanks to Sir, (i forgot to ask the name of the guy who greeted me at the front door). I'll definitely recommend them to my co graduates and friends. Again, thank you! Photos are of high quality and the team is responsive and accommodating. They followed health safety protocols during the shoot.

The studio followed safety protocols against CoVid-19 where they had disinfectant spray at the entrance, temperature check, and info sheet contact tracing. Their employees, photographers and make up artists were all fully equipped with PPEs and gloves. They had a variety of clothes you can choose with for your photos. The make up was good and they cleaned their brushes after using. The shots were great and I might come back here soon to get my sablay pic taken for my masters degree.

I had a great time with my graduation (toga) photo shoot today. Happy and satisfied customer here po ️ They were very accomodating with our needs and flexible with upgrading our availed package. Health protocols were evident and are put in placed from log-in/registration, payments, make-up/dressing and actual photo shoot session. Alcohol and disinfectants are available. Customers are encouraged to use them regularly. All employees are in full PPE as part of their precautionary health measures. Indeed, I highly recommend Zone 5 photo studios! Kudos guys!

As a person who has obsession with order and neatness, I rate their service with uno. Everything was systematic and organized.

1. Upon entering, I underwent misting disinfection.
2. I was assisted by someone wearing face mask and face shield to my seat.
3. Social distancing was observed. Their seats have marks where you are not allowed to occupy.
4. Make up artist was in complete PPE.
5. Although I brought my own Sablay, barong, and formal wear, I noticed the disinfection they did with the clothes hanging.
6. The photographer was in complete PPE suit, too.
7. During the shoot, they made me feel comfortable. They were not intimidating.
8. After the shoot, they let me go to the reception to choose the shots.
9. They also had free masks for those who didn't have.
10. They were all friendly and accomodating!

This studio is a SUMMA!

Really enjoyed my shoot here in Zone 5. Had to re-do my graduation pictures because the studio our batch hired sucked big time (ehem Tinoley). The makeup artists were really professional and followed health protocols. The photographers were accommodating with all my quirky creative photo ideas. Team is also responsive online to all my questions. Definitely recommending and will go back again: D

The staff are responsive and very accommodating, besides the fact that the quality of photos, and customer/client relations are undoubtably professional. This studio is worth visiting or trying out!

I had my undergrad photoshoot in this studio a few years back. Just recently, I needed to get a hold of my photos and was pleasantly surprised to still have a copy of my raw shots. Very accommodating and professional!

I reached out to Zone 5 via messenger FOUR YEARS after I had my grad photo taken (photos were taken back in 2016). I was worried that it wouldn't be possible to claim soft copies of my photos anymore, but the studio responded to me quickly and kindly. I was really lucky to get my photos (raw and edited) at a discounted price as well? Thank you sobra to Zone 5, especially to Davin, because of the fast and friendly service. Your customer service is excellent po! I was lucky to have taken my grad photos at such an accommodating studio.

It's staff members are very accommodating and they're taking the health protocols seriously! They disinfect the area regularly and they even wear PPEs. Their stylists, photographers, and editors are commendable, they did a fantastic job in creating the shots! Thank you, Zone 5!

From my experience, poor service- all around. The cameraman rushed me through my shoot and angled my head in the most unappealing was possible. They had poor communication with our batch representative. Lastly, I'm still upset that my grad photos were delivered months after I graduated. Seriously, that's basic. Exercise your due diligence and take time to scout out other photo studios.
