Cagayan De Oro Polymedic Medical Plaza reviews
35I like the hospital very Good doctors and a very accommodating nurses but its quiete expensive.only i complain about private room isn't so clean and the foods for patent. The pasente is complaining
Clean and tidy hospital, a bit expensive though. They make the parking area a business, 15 pesos per hour!
Nice but quite expensive/ extravagant medical institution.
Most of the room are spacious with complete air conditioning and rest room amenities.
The nurse staff are very accommodating. The neuro doctor of my father is well accommodating.
1st Class Hospital. Famous physicians and amazing Rehabilitation Centre. Raymond from Luxembourg in Europe. Thank you Mrs. Dra. Maria Luisa D. Palabrica, Mr. Dr. Lao and Ms. Ross from Rehab Centre.
My mom underwent a procedure here and she had one of the worst stays here. Plenty of other better hospitals in the city.
Speaking from personal experience. This place combines medical malpractise with extortion. Incompetent extortionist mafia of doctors. Avoid if you value your life and wallet. They almost killed my son.
My 8month old baby is admitted here and NO doctor has come to check up on her since 48 hours. No one knows what's wrong and the diagnosis appears To be an Assumption.
Jesus Christ I feel I have a Zombie Doctors here. I will be raising a complaint with the medical Board in the provincial for this establishment
The room we got was spacious, we're able to place two single mats on the floor where we could sleep. There is also a bench with foam for the watcher. The room has an automatic lock feature. Nurses knock first before opening door and they are courteous. Food for the patient were not delivered always, para sa watcher lang, so we had to follow up at the nurses station. The hallways are spacious.
Worst hospital ive ever been to. Everything was slow. My 18 month old son was admitted here for 3 days and 3 days we experienced really bad service - from slow admission, slow room transfer, to slow processing of bills.
Deal breaker for me was the dirty semi private room that we got. The drawers were not cleaned and the bathroom made me want to puke every time we have to use it. It was so dirty like was not cleaned for a year.
Also, the nurses cant follow medicine schedule. My sons paracetamol was administered 1.5 hrs late, then one time, i needed to go to the nurse station to inform them that the IV ran out! Thats only when they changed it with a new one. Goodness.
This hospital is good, one of the best hospitals in Cdo. I just noticed that their bathroom doesnt have a hook to hang the dextrose everytime the patient uses the toilet. I was also disppointed with their free wifi. The password coupon is on "first come first serve ". They have limited coupons only.
I have no complaints about the place, the rooms that they offer, or the medical care that they provide. However, when I asked for a detailed partial bill just so I could check on the list of medicine and supplies billed to us, they could not give it and instead told me to just wait for the final bill because it would be a detailed one. I am dissatisfied with that because in another hospital that our patient had been to, we were able to get a detailed partial bill in less than a minute (no questions asked, they readily gave it).
Very clean and organized, you don't feel like you're in the hospital at all. It feels like home!
Looking more like a hotel to me. Patients will love the idea. Especially those who fears hospitals. Was here for my fathers hip scan
The traffic along the access road to the entrance can get quite busy at times, which is made worse by motorcycles parking on the left side of the road. Also noticed that sometimes taxi drivers waiting at the taxi stand nearby are smoking - surprising, considering that the hospital is just a short walk away.
Otherwise, the hospital itself is generally clean and well-maintained, though the signage could be improved upon, as it can be confusing finding one's way around.
The Hospital of choice in northern mindanao.
Quite busy in the ER with all the patients seeking for healthcare. Great service in the ER even if it is sometimes busy. Amenities are good. Hotel like ambiance.
