Good food and service. Enjoyed the omelet and I like the Breakfast at anytime menu items. Picturesque setting. Tasty food and good service.

Safety protocols were observed but staff seemed to lack enthusiasm in helping out customers in taking orders.

Always a delight to dine at this place. Located in Twin Lakes Tagaytay. This branch offers a nice
view and the same quality of food and service just like their other branches. One of the best barako brew served here.

Food super yum and the place is everything you want to stay from styke to its views. One of the best restaurant in Tagaytay.

I love how they portion their food so generously! The ambiance is really great especially on their terrace. The receptionist is very hospitable. But the waiters are not that attentive to their outdoor-seated guest. Overall the experience is fantastic!

Nice ambience. Cozy. Staff are friendly and attentive here unlike their Summit branch where staff are always not attentive and seldom smiles.

Highly recommended place for quick dates or dinner outside manila. Food price range is indeed quite expensive but the place and the service compensates the money you're paying for.

Quick info: especially now that it's pandemic, as I have asked their main branch in Tagaytay-Nasugbu Road, only the BoB: Twin Lakes caters dine-in customers. Other branches such as Charito, Main and the others only allow take aways and for pick up meals as of the moment.

Bag of Beans is our family's go to whenever we are in Tagaytay. We love their Twin Lakes Branch because of the spectacular view.
For this trip, the place isn't so crowded as Twin Lakes doesn't allow minors and Bag of Beans is specifically strict about this matter.
We had our brunch while waiting to check in, so I ordered their All Day Breakfast Omellette that has Onion and Mushroom stuffed inside and topped with Cheese. The order also includes your choice of bacon or sausage with bread and butter. My husband had his Garden Salad which also comes with bread and butter. One thing to note about this place is that their serving is quite large, so we ended up sharing both dishes.
Our daughter ordered the famous Shepherds Pie and my son ordered Steak and Gravy. They also ordered a Blueberry Pancake which they shared coz it was quite huge!
Of course I had their House Blend Coffee which you can upgrade to refillable by adding P30. I also love that they served their coffee with fresh milk on the side with your choice of white or brown sugar as well as Splenda and the rest of the family ordered Hot Choco which they reported was tasty because they use their in store Tablea.
We had a great time bonding and of course, I love the place's dainty look which is very Instagrammable.
Overall, the place is really nice, food is tasty, portion is big. The staff are very polite and attentive. I also appreciate that their Rest room is constantly sanitized by a dedicated personnel. A bit on the pricey side but you get your money's worth.
You can also buy Coffee Beans, breads, snacks on your way out.

Coffee drinks at par with more popular international cafes, cheesecake and pancakes are delicious. Big servings for the pancakes.

Wifey and I needed to have a pause on our usual routine and went on a brief escape to have a date and what better place to visit in Tagatay? Twin Lakes!

The normal social distancing protocols are in place and we visited The Bag of Beans Cafe. Here are a few things about it:

1. The entire place is carefully designed to ensure a cozy rustic morning experience
2. The place is spacious. It has 2 floors and a veranda
3. The selections on dessert and drinks are not bad. I ordered the Houseblend Coffee and Wifey had a Hot Latte. Both met our expectations
4. We ordered the soup of the day, well because Tagaytay was extremely cold that time and we got a good bowl of Broccoli Soup each
5. For dessert, we shared a plate of Red Velvet Classico and it tasted really good. The cake was not too sweet and you can taste the chocolate goodness in every bite
6. They also have a great menu but we did not eat that time because we were already full

This is one spot you don't want to miss. If you get to visit Tagaytay, this is a good spot to have a date ️

Nothing extravagant. Nothing special. What a couple can eat for PhP400 can go as high as PhP1500 here. As they say, it's the location and the feeling it brings that make you pay for that cost. There are better places to visit but whenever you pass by Tagaytay, Bag Of Beans will never be out of your choices.

My first time to visit Bag of Beans.the food was perfect and the service too.hoping to be back the soonest but so sad due to the Pandemic our little boy Caleb (3years old) was not able to enjoy the food with us but he enjoyed the overlooking scenery.

The food is good. Better than Antonio's breakfast. If you choose to dine in from their terrace, you'll have a great view of Taal lake and a nice breeze of cold wind while you have breakfast. Their breakfast sampler is worth it!

I love how the place was guarded and there are plenty of people to help you. COVID-19 protocols are strictly followed yet you can still enjoy. Must-go!

The place gets a bit crowded during peak season. They only accomodate a certain number of guests inside, so you'll have to wait a bit.

The food tastes great, but it's a little bit pricey. It's reasonable though because the location is good and it has a great view.

The staff are helpful, but you'll have to ask for assistance especially if there's a lot of guests.

This place isn’t bad for a chain restaurant. Honestly I was expecting bad food given the lack of variety on the menu. I will say that the food is a little sweet for my liking. You can dial back that sugar and still make good food, trust me.

Best halfway point to Batangas. Mousse cake, kapeng barako snacks! Wheat choco bread and iced mocha for to go! Always wear mask and shield for your loved ones!
