AVOID THEIR ER.
They will give you test and procedures that has nothing to do with what you came for.
Pregnancy Test and CT Scan for cough and sore throat? ! Come on!
Stop scamming people! If you really must visit them, always ask and check first what they want to do. If it's irrelevant, just SAY NO!
YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

I went there to get my circumsicion done on 10 july 2023 the doctor was Mary Grace Rojas
I am 27 years adult.
My experience is worst till now
Firstly. Doctor never told me what she going to do or what she did or what is the procedure of the surgery even till now i am unaware of what she did.
Then after my surgery done half of the wound was open already like after few hours.
She didn’t told me that the stitches are not self dissolving.
I was told to come back to check up again after one week which was july 17.
Then doctor told me i am not available till next week. And she didn’t even reply after that.
Then i called her so many times and she told me to come at her clinic.
Appointment Time was 10 am and she get there approximately 1pm.
She cut my stitches and told me we are done
Then I showed her 2 more stitches there because i was the one seeing them everyday waiting for them to dissolve.
It can be imagined if we don’t remove stitches more than two weeks they hide somewhere there.
Anyway when i came back home i found two more stitches and cut them on my own that same night.
But you know what after three weeks on 29th july I found another stitch hahaha my gawd i am so pissed right now i wanna sue her please someone suggest me something.
I have a video of me removing my own stitches.
And waiting for more stitches to be showen in the future.
Can’t imagine myself founding another stitch when i am 80 years old.

Operator assistance when calling landline took a very long time to be available. Been calling for almost 30 minutes and no one was answering. Reflective of poor service. "Alaga ka yan ang pangako ko. " muzak becomes so annoying already.

Tip: Have someone who knows how to check basic medical tests like BP and blood sugar tests.

You can't help but wonder if they are doing stuff to the patient to keep them confined and be billed more. Poor diagnostics, poor facilities, and seriously obnoxious security people.

If you can afford other hospitals like St Luke's or UST, by all means, take them there.

Look at the pictures. Please turuan nyo magswero mga nurses nyo! Tatlong turok ng swero puro kayo palpak!
Pumunta ako sa ER para maging ok ako hindi para mapagpractisan ng mga incompetent na nurses at very rude na doctor sa ER nyo! I will never recommend this hospital! Magfifile ako ng complaint sa DOH about this. I will let them know my experience in this hospital.

For me. Emergency room fees, in particular, can come as a shock to patients like us. This hospital has an ER with very slow and poor service. How can they not attend immediately to my son's condition? I was expecting a good service here. I went to the ER and everything was slow — the doctors seem not to care and were incompetent. My son has severe stomach dilemmas but instead of attending to my son's situation, the nurse is explaining the billing statement that was going to pay before admitting the patient. It's a money machine for those who can afford it, but not the world-class hospital experience that they claim.
Hospitals and doctors keep sending patients to surprise bills because they make money by doing so,
Instead of saving patients' lives. This place is underwhelming and disappointing. Don't be deceived by how fancy this hospital looks from the outside. This hospital just wants to trap as much care as they can while bankrupting people. This is an expensive hospital with terrible service.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COST! The bad reviews here are correct unfortunately. We went to De Los Santos Medical Center Jan 25th, 2022, because my Mom had chest pain and difficulty breathing. They did bring her into the ER and she did stabilize. It was 1AM when we arrived and she was better by 1: 45am at 2: 00am she was ready to leave but there was a delay. We waited another hour and half and at 3: 30am we went in and said why is it taking so long to discharge. The Nurse said that she was not allowed to leave unless the bill was paid and our insurance was not answering.
First of all according to the law R. A. 9439 REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9439 April 27,2007 · AN ACT PROHIBITING THE DETENTION OF PATIENTS IN HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL CLINICS ON GROUNDS OF NONPAYMENT.
**Notably, R. A. 9439 provides for criminal liability in case of detention of patients as described above, to wit: “any officer or employee of the hospital or medical clinic responsible for releasing patients, who violates the provisions of (RA 9439) shall be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty thousand pesos (P20,000.00), but not more than Fifty thousand pesos (P50,000.00), or imprisonment of not less than one month, but not more than six months, or both such fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the proper court. ”
I will be filing a lawsuit against De Los Santos on the nurses and staff that prevented her release and I will also be filling a police report to press charges to the nurses and staff that prevented her release.

We took our parents there due to symptoms of Covid. My father came back negative but my mom was positive. They still pushed covid treatment on my father even though he recovered with antibiotics and only ever showed bacterial pneumonia symptoms.

As for my mom, they pushed remdesivir and tocilizumab nonstop even when we pointed out that they are not endorsed for the treatment of covid by the WHO. The hospital doctors and nurses repeatedly ignored us, even when we would ask for a simple clarification on what they were discussing.

Anything we ever said or suggested was dismissed out of hand, even when my uncle who is also a Doctor was discussing how he has treated covid patients and helped them recover but since he was in cavite he was unable to directly treat her, and the hospital blew him off as if he was clueless every time.

They hounded us every day to pay more and more money with no progress on my moms health. They intubated her with no sedation and blamed my father for it, even though he approved the sedation. My mom has flatlined once, her vitals are erratic and she even got hypothermia which if i had not called and complained they would have ignored completely.

They as well have cut off all medication supplied by them, since we were not able to pay as fast as they wanted they stopped it. Now they want us to buy 100,000 pesos worth of drugs every single day or they will not supply her anything.

This hospital only cares about profits and gouging money from patients, it has zero concern for healthcare or helping people.

Horible greedy hospital that is there to rip you off and make profits on peoples misery and bad health. Charging 4-5000 USD for one night in ICU unit and use of ventilator. Outrageous prices, scum of the worst kind.

My son was recently confined for asthma and pneumonia. Cost was understandable and all but the customer service was the worst. Due to our situation we have frequented hospitals but this one is by far the worst hospital when it comes to their billing service. The nurses and doctors were great but why must you make things so complicated. It took us 4 hours to settle the bill because you refuse to coordinate with our HMO and you hold my son in the room for another hour waiting because we had to pay Php200 for the water we purchase. The billi ng did not even properly notify the nurses station. Your employees in the billing department are the worst and they are so bad at what they do.

Im waiting for almost 3 hours now! The ultra sound took so long, seriously how many minutes/hours would it take for a doctor to do an ultra sound?

Security and janitorial staff are always accomodating. Facilities are at par with top of the line hospitals however not everything about this hospital is great. They dont have in-house lawyers that will help you in any credit related situation. They dont seem to allow any promisory notes unless your patient expired (died). They will force you to stay in the hospital until you are able to settle your full balance. They will also not help you in pro-actively preventing your hospital bills from blowing up even if you had already requested some assistance. Some nurses are snooty and seems impatient when dealing with anxious relatives and difficult patients; again some not all. I did not have any difficulty in dealing with this hospital when i had my HMO until now that we dont. It only goes to show that profit is the main objective rather than health care. They may also be sited for violating the anti-hospital deposit law.

Today is December 16,2019. I am disappointed (and frustrated a few minutes ago) because I was trying to reach their HMO office via phone for 30 minutes (between 10: 30am to 11am) but I was not able to. After dialing the extension # of their HMO based on their website, the recording would tell me no one is available, then my call would get rerouted to their lobby representative/s. Unfortunately, after they transfer my call to a supposedly another contact of their HMO office, my call either ended up ringing until the line gets busy, or someone answered my call but after a split second, my call gets dropped. The last 10 minutes became more frustrating since even their lobby is either busy, or my call gets rerouted and the line just kept on ringing again until it gets busy.

I understand this is a peak hour, and I presume a peak season as well. But this is still unacceptable; you should have enough manpower and even a contact # for us to reach your HMO, and even the lobby. Also, lobby representative/s should suggest a workaround on how we may able to reach your HMO office, or even offer some answer to FAQ that we normally ask to your HMO office.

My father got confined Nov 29. Not satisfactory experience on several services:
(1) admitting services - we have the admission order from the doctor, staff unable to read what was written, they were guessing and also not familiar with medical terms, had to correct them several times. What was also irritating was repeating the same question "galing kayo ER? ". I clearly explained at the onset the reason for the admission request.
(2) dietary - not palatable / same breakfast menu daily oatmeat and sandwich / fruit serving daily from breakfast, lunch, dinner is just a banana or papaya (3) philhealth - waited 22 mins before my number got called, they were not entertaining any customer at that time. What a waste of time waiting! There was a discrepancy with data and Philhealth officer was not even offering clear and quick solutions. Again waste of time arguing.
(4) During discharge, my father was non-ambulatory so had to be in a stretcher. Aide said that stretcher is only allowed in basement so we asked our driver to go there. It took about 4 guards and about 10 mins to load my father in the car. Exiting the parking, we are already being charged for 50 pesos when we didn't even parked, we just had to go to that area as stretcher was not allowed in 1st floor lobby. STUPID policy that doesn't care for the patient.
(5) room 206 - kinda tacky - old fixtures, balcony door when there is really no balcony, it's just a small area where old planks were stored, no warm water in the bathroom. It is a private regular room at 3k daily.
Positive: cleaners, nurses, nursing aids, doctors, medical secretaries - all were warm and friendly to us.

Dr. Roberto Tan's (Rm. 614) schedule is 1pm-3pm. It's 15 minutes past 2pm and I'm still waiting. Doctor is not available when needed, unfortunately. I'm work on nightshift and I am here because I think I got an emergency that only a specialist would understand. I am sleepy AF and will quit waiting after another 15 minutes. Totally wasted half of my sleeping hours now. He probably has an emergency too so I'll try coming back next time to give another review. Wasted my time AF.
