Security and janitorial staff are always accomodating. Facilities are at par with top of the line hospitals however not everything about this hospital is great. They dont have in-house lawyers that will help you in any credit related situation. They dont seem to allow any promisory notes unless your patient expired (died). They will force you to stay in the hospital until you are able to settle your full balance. They will also not help you in pro-actively preventing your hospital bills from blowing up even if you had already requested some assistance. Some nurses are snooty and seems impatient when dealing with anxious relatives and difficult patients; again some not all. I did not have any difficulty in dealing with this hospital when i had my HMO until now that we dont. It only goes to show that profit is the main objective rather than health care. They may also be sited for violating the anti-hospital deposit law.

This hospital took care of my lolo with love. The place is clean and neat always. Guards & staff are friendly, approachable and smile when they greet people. Interns and doctors are friendly too.

Service: 8/10
Price: a little bit pricey but good service
Cleanliness: 8/10 public c.r also treated with care
Parking: 8/10 improved parking with covered area

Good facilities with acceptable pricing on services. ER services are okay too, thankfully we've only had to use it twice. Only complaint is that the parking grace period is only 5 mins.if you just need to pick up some results or something. Step out of your car, walk to the lobby and *DING* your 5 mins.are up.unless you're the Flash.
