TERRIBLE! MY UNCLE HAS CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE AND THE TUBE ON HIS NECK WAS LEAKING MY FATHER AND UNCLE WAITED FOR 12HOURS TO GET IT FIXED BUT THEY DID NOT ACCEPTED MY UNCLE, YOU SUCK! AND ALSO THERES A WORKER WHO SAID THEY ARE GETTING ANNOYED OF MY UNCLE BECAUSE WE KEEP COMING BACK, IS IT OUR FAULT WHY WE ARE POOR, HOPE KARMA WILL COME TO YOU, BIG HEADED!

So ayun po kagagaling ko lang dito sa East Avenue Medical Center gusto ko lang po iconcern yung health service nila dito lahat po ng staff ay hindi maayos makitungo sa pasyente lahat po sila masusungit at hindi lang po yun sobrang tagal din nila iprocess ang pasyente kapag nagpreprefer ka ng needs mo ituturo nila sa iba at di ka nila sinasagot ng maayos di man lang inaasist tatanong ko lang din po kung required din ba matulog during duty hours? I will never give even 1 star to thise kind of hospital and services pumunta kami sa hospital na to para sana ipacheck up ang lola ko na may manas then sabi pa nung doctor with no good tune of voice ngayon niyo pa talaga pinacheck na magpapasko first pinipigilan ko lang magsalita to give some kind of respect at first person palang yung babae jan sa harap ng hospital bago ka makapasok pinagtanungan namin di na maganda makitungo even guards ay ganun din sana naman kahit public hospital kayo marunong kayo rumespeto at makitungo ng tama sa TAO First time ko pumunta sa hospital na to pero nakakadissapoint ang HEALTH SWRVICE NIYO DITO!
I HOPE NA BAGUHIN NIYO ANG GANTONG TREATMENT SA MGA PASYENTE DAHIL BINABAYARAN NAMAN KAYO NG MGA TAONG PUMUPUNTA DITO

Disgusting place. Yung pag pa public nito nakakasuka. Walang ka kwenta kwenta. 2 days na nasa ospital hindi pa pala na admit ang pasyente kasi daw nasa pasilyo tpos pinagbayad ng 400/day.kadiri kayo sayang bayad sa inyo ng taong bayan.emergency ang case pero wala kayong silbi. Mga nimal kayo. Kakagigil.

This is the Worst Hospital in the Philippine.very rude nurses and even doctors.very irresponsible sa mga pasyente nila.sa emergency room may nag aagaw buhay after 10 mins pa bago dumating ung revive.tapos ung nag revive nakita ko kanina pa palakad lakad.hunatid muna ung dala niya bago irevive.rediculos.

meron pa kami kapit bahay 4 days na sa eastavenue hospital pumutok nlng appendix niya hanggang sa malason.wala parin doctor.mga nurse tatanungin mo muna ssbhin sayo ischedule pa daw. Oh My God 4 days wala parin? Ano un?

Sobrang Extremely Hassle at Stressful situation ang service na meron ang OPD. Lalo na sa pilahan at hinde man lang nabigyan ng budget ng upuan ng kabuuan ang pag'bile ng upuan para sa mga nag'aantay sa OPD sa labasan at sa mismong pila ka makakaranas ng init ng ulo at gutom.

Sana maisipan na damihan ang upuan at electric fan, dahel sa daming tao, sana maintindihan nyo na malalayo pa ang pinangalingan ng mga susugod sa OPD o emergecy area para serbisyuhan ng sobrang kay tagal.

Someone assist me on the Malasakit Center has a Bad attitude and really that's how you assist your patient/customer.

This place shoulf be never be called a hospital. Everything about this place disgust me. From poor service to poor facility and not to mention a broken billing system. 4 hours na kami nag aantay maayos ung billing system para ma discharge na. Instead of try to find a fix para makapag pahinga na sa bahay pinag papasahan pasahan pa kamk ng mga employees kung saan pupunta. Ngayon lang ako nakakita ng place na di marunong gumawa ng manual receipt na akala mo sobrang high tech nung place

This hospital is terrible. Doctor is not present all the time. My aunt died because of them. The patients here are dying if you don't have money. Grabe ung nangyare sa tita ko. Pinaka worst hospital tlaga. Ang hirap maging mahirap.

Terrible hospital, they wouldn’t let me in to see my spouse, no hospitality, they are rude when they talk to you. Instead of directing me to where i needed to go, i was told to wait in their waiting area that is outside of the hospital and about 200 meters from main entrance. Phones aren’t allowed while admitted at the hospital? Thats interesting, they hooked up the i.v. Needle with out finding out what was wrong with the patient and there was no drip connected. It has been 8 hours but no real results have been issued or confirmed. I understand patient confidentiality but security here is way too crazy just to even enter the hospital.definitely not going here anymore and will not recommend at all, everything is too fishy.

Super inefficient billing system, started at 2pm and until 8pm I'm still there. How slow can you guys be?

Around 4 am today, sinugod namin sa Emergency ang anak ko aksi 5 hours na sya ngsususuka at sobrang sakit ng ulo, hindi na nya kayang maglakad ng sinakay nmin sa taxi, pag dating sa emergency Sabi ng staff dun, palakarin ko daw ung patient at paupuin sa harap nya Kung gusto namn macheck up. Sabi ko hindi po nya kayang maglakad at nanghihina na po sya. So kelangan nmin ng wheelchair. Aagot sakin ang staff pumasok saw ako sa Loub ng hospital at mghanap ng available na wheelchair. Kasi puño na daw hospital nyo at hindi nyo kayang mgaccomodate ng patient. So tinanung ko sya, Ibig pong sabihin kahit pumasok akos a luob ng hospital at mghanap ng available ma wheelchair, wala rin pong kwenta kasi puño na hospital at hindi kayanggaccomodate ng pasyente, Sabi nya"OO". Sad to say ganyan ang maririnig ko sa hospital. Ng Thank you na lng po ako at bumalik ng taxi na nghihinty samin.

Horrible hospital. Guards are sarcastically rude, some doctors when they are having a hard time making a woman to perform birth they do it by physical harm.

Doctors at ward for those women who is done with pregnancy are terrible; some windows are broken, they know it’s hard to move around but they limit atleast a family member to accompany the patient, charging is not allowed you hAve to pay seperately and MANY TO MENTION THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER

Ilan sa mga gwardiya dito ang tataas ng attitude kung sumagot pa taray may pag irap ng mata na kala mo naman napakagaling at ang taas taas niya. Hindi ko minamaliit haa

Ang bagal pa ng mga proseso hindi nila iniisip na may naghihintay at kailangan sila.

Tsaka lang sila magwawalis kapag marami na tao sa waiting area. Hihintayin muna umapaw yung basurahan at langawin bago linisin

Horrible hospital I've ever experience. Doctors careless about there patients they have also a bad attitute towards them. They only choose a patient who they wants to admit (it depends on they capability to pay hospital bill I think). Unprofessional. If I choose to rate a negative star here. I will rate a negative star in this trash hospital

This hospital it's not good about the humanity.why? Because the guards take the charger of the patient and why its not allow the patient to charge the phone if we know the mobile phone its very imfortant.also i see a patient and she can't stand.and ask him about who is with him then she ask me she go to 7 11 to charge only the mobile phone
Why east eve. Like this i know the guards are only following the rules i know hospital are to much busy but pls let them charge the most iportant thing. Because some other patients are need to call here love ones in the other country. Before its to late

Mamatay tao mga Dr jan. Sanay na sanay ng namamatayan ng pasyente tatawanan kapa. Namatay ang mabait kong papa dahil sa kanila mga hayop sila.

Yung 2 shaded star diyan para sa mga nurse and doctors na nag alaga sa mama ko ng maayos yung 3 star na walang shades para sa mga shismosang nurse na maiingay madaling araw na tawanan pa ng tawanan kala mo nasa palengke overall maganda naman yung EAMC at affordable pa dahil sagot ng malasakit wala kaming binayaran thank you rin dahil magaling na mama ko thank you sa mga nurses at doctors na napakagaling love y'all

Na admit ako dito due to my Obstructive Jaundice Choledocholithiasis, my Physician Doctor Dr. Mendoza & Dr. Duque are nice and my Surgeon Dr. Gumboc are very nice, but one of my doctor there are rude when i ask him if he will be my actual surgeon and said "OO, AYAW MO BA? " Syempre sinabi ko, "Diba po dapat alam ko kung sino ang magiging surgeon ko kaya nga ako nag tatanong eh kasi in the first place di naman siya nag pakilala but in the end di naman siya ang naging surgeon ko. Thanks god.

Nurses are nice too, but there are one beki nurse there na parang gigil na gigil sakin, lagi akong nilalagnat sa paglalagay niya saken ng swero. After that di ko na siya nakikita don na mag rounds. Very Traumatized!

Services, medyo matagal ang results sa laboratories, matagal din ang pag rasyon ng foods may times na super aga may time na matagal dahil din sa iniikot pa ng taga serve ang per building at flr, at inappropriate ang foods na para sa may bato sa apdo. Pero all in all ok na din.

Social service are very nice too. Thanks to them.

3 stars are for my doctor and surgeon. Thanks to them.
