Worst experience ever during pandemic, we brought one of our relatives in emergency room but the nurses & other attending staffs are so unprofessional & not well mannered, they want our patient to mixed with covid patients when clearly its not covid & one time I saw the doctors outside the triage area having fun time when actly its working hours & didnt even think of being considerate to relatives who are mourning since there's always someone die everyday. I hope these young doctors know wht theyre doing, if someone in their family get sick & treated like wht we experienced Idk how they will handle the emotions, God is good, He will be the one to punish for these people wrong deeds.

Almost got covid because of nurses here, they give wrong information.they are rude, can't accomodate guest well.the coordination of guards and nurses are the worst.waiting area is compressed with people, (no social distance) and the guards dont care about it.

Poor service, employees are not nice. From admin to nurses to guards, so unprofessional. Don't come here

Ang East Avenue ang naging tirahan ko nung nagbubuntis ako ng kambal halos 1 buwan s DR, 2 buwan s Ward 3north at 1buwan mahigit s Nicu o MCR.malinis ang paligid kung naagad itusan ang mga janitorial staff. Ang mga nurses and OBs mabibilis at magagaling isama ntin Junior Intern at Senior intern pero meron ding mga pabayang intern. Walang magandang dulot kung dito nio ipapa emergency ang mga kaanak nio.sama lang ng loob ang ibibigay sa inyo.

Nobody knows anything. Can't get any answers. The emergency line hangs up the phone on it's patients. The guy answering the phone hung up on me, and my girlfriend. Completely unprofessional, and incompetent.

Very poor service. No adequate information desks wherein we can ask where we can go next. Medical and non-medical staffs (guards, janitors, etc) made us go back and forth from different floors and buildings. Staffs were rude. I know that this is a public hospital but at least be courteous to your patients. The thing is, if you're underpaid or stressed or tired, rest or find better opportunities. Wag niyo ibuhos galit niyo sa patients. Ang labas nagiging incompetent kayo and nakaka off ang service niyo.

This hospital are complete accommodation even not enough rooms for patient its because this Public and government hospital has so many patient or fully loaded everyday and night, 24/7. If you want to avail their room, you need to go and ask to the front desk or information area how is the process. The parking area with payment is tight, I think, almost 10 to 15 cars can be parked with pay, The price of parking area is it depend on the time start when you park.

The lobby looks great. And they have posted the prices for rooms that they have available, accommodating nurses and doctors. Very nice people also the nursing assistants. Very strict guards just right for crowed control. Why 4 star, is because we are the supposed to be suit room but the sink is clogged and also the shower area is clogged. Other than that the area is clean also the admitting personnel are really nice well not all but mostly I encountered where helpful

Pag-aantayin ka ng ilang oras or buong araw at umaasa sa "OTW na si doc" only to find out na may lakad pala at the end. No wonder why this hospital has some bad reputations.

Overworked yung mga tao dito. Parang di pinapasweldo. Okay sana eh, naiintindihan ko kasi sa work ko may customer service ding involved. Yung minsan, talagang matatarayan mo yung kausap mong customer kasi makulit or common sense lang kailangan, para masagot question nya.

Hindi ko rin pwedeng ireklamo yung masikip sa ER di ba, kasi public to eh. And bukod sa overworked na yung mga tao dito, understaffed pa sila. Di din naman kami mayaman, so kahit awang awa na ako sa tatay ko pati sa mga ibang pasyente, wala ako magagawa. KASI WALA NAMAN AKONG KAPANGYARIHAN AT WORK SA GOVERNMENT AT WALA AKONG SAY SA ALLOCATION NG BUDGET PARA SA MGA NEEDS NG MAMAMAYAN NG PILIPINAS.

Kaya kayong mga nasa gobyerno, ganun ba kayo kamandhid. Bulag ba kayo? Di nyo kita estado ng mga public hospitals sa Pinas.

Lumabas naman kayo sa office nyo para ramdam namin kayo. Nagagawa nyo nga lumabas pag kampanya eh.

Ang di ko maintindihan, walang proper endorsement ng mga patient sa susunod na magcocover ng shift. Ospital ba to? Buhay yung nakasalalay dito. Hindi po pagkain or whatever yung ieendorse nyo.

Your staffs are so maattitude. Please pakiayos naman service niyo. Ang aattitude masyado! Though you have your results yet your service are very poor. Hoping for investigation about your hospital again. Im looking forward for this!

I know it's free but why do staff have to treat the patients as if they are beggars. Please treat your patient with kindness and patience because the we are paying for your salary as tax payers of this country. I understand that most of you got smaller amount of salary but don't blame those innocent patients.

Came here to the OB to have my ultrasound. By far the most unprofessional people that I have ever met. They treat patients rudely and give harsh side comments whenever you answer their questions. Never coming back here again. Not even worth the money

Pinakamabaho na yata ito sa napuntahan kong ospital. Mabaho not because it smells of antiseptic but it smells like garbage area inside the ER Trauma. I almost threw up.
