As of monday oct 2,2023 from 7am still counting plus ang baho sa waiting area ng renewal regestration dahil inaallow nila na may pusa di nmn sa maarte ako pero syempre naaamoy mo yung baho kasi ang lakas ng hangin dahil sa laki ng fan kadiri

All staff are nice and always seems in good mood despite the tiring works. I just got my non pro license here though im not happy with paper copy im still thankful for everyone in this branch for their good service

VERY POOR SERVICE (6/30/2023)
We arrived around 10am, until now (3: 30pm) we are still sitting here waiting!

Bulok parin yung system nila kasi laging nagsi-system error at system failure kaya humahaba yung pila dahil mabagal parin ang proseso kahit computerized na.

Takes normally about an hour or 2 for renewal of vehicle registration and about half a day for renewal of licenses because the place is always jampacked. Still a job well done. They also have their own pvc ID printer and everything you need is just nearby the office

All staff are polite, helpful and approachable. Had my Non Pro in here without getting irritated.

I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were all polite, friendly, courteous, efficient and hardworking. Their system is like a well oil machinery. Bravo LTO Pasay.

I was there at 8am for renewal of DL. Done in 50 minutes. I've dealt with several LTOs in the years I've been driving. Ito lang ang best branch so far. Systematic and staff kind and helpful. Go there prepared with all documents and go early.

Worst LTO. Waited for hours (6 hours exactly) for your name to be called during licensing process. They prioritize women over men when men is in charge of that department (very biased in gender). Poor service

Been there today (October 10,2022). First step pa lang, naka-encounter agad ako ng Pilosopo. Nagtanong ako sa guard saan nagbibigay ng DL form hanggang sa nahanap ko si Sir pilosopo. Pag lapit ko palang sa kanya, nagtanong na ako ng form, sagot nya agad "Bukas ka na! Madami na nakapila for application. " Sabi ko kukuha lang ako ng duplicate dahil nawala ang DL ko. Then binigyan nya ako ng form and nagpasalamat ako ng magalang. May dala na akong Affidavit of loss and copy ng valid ID then nag fill up na ako, after ko mag fill up bumalik ako sa kanya and sabi ko "Sir pacheck po. " Pagkakuha nya ng form ko biglang sabi nya, "Asan na mga requirement mo!? " Sabi ko "Sir pinapacheck ko lang, then sumagot pa sya na bastos ang tono "Sinasabi ko lang mam! " Grabe si kuya, dapat hindi ka ganyan mag treat ng mga tao. Goodluck sayo, makahanap ka ng kagaya mo. Anyway sa loob naman, smooth ang transaction at mababait yung na-encounter ko sa mga Window hanggang sa Releasing. Yung first step lang talaga ang worst.

1st day whole day ung process haha nka ilang follow ups ako tapos nung 3-4 pm n dun plng aasikasuhin. Mgpapa signature lng ako nun haha.

2nd day whole day din haha wlang ngyari. Until lunch nag antay ako para dun sa confirmation wla tlga. 3pm bumalik ako wla parin. Un pla tanga tong w1 na to pinapa follow up ako dun s cashier. Ibang window pla dpat. Kaya ayon wla ngyri. Haha

3rd day sa 20th Ave.na ako for the pnp clearance.ok nman pero next day ko nlng ung sa LTO kc wlang parking ng motor d ko sure kung bawal o puno n haha.

4th day try ko sa East Ave. LTO nlng haha

Motorcycle registration done for 2hours. (emissions and check up incl.) "no fixer"

Window 8 kagad for payment and release ng OR after submitting all requirements.

Sobrang bagal! Dumating ako 6: 30AM, konti lang kaming nakapila pagdating ko. Pang 12 ako na dumating doon, maagang maaga pa. Inabot pa din ng 6 HOURS para matapos ang pagkuha ko ng non-pro DL! Kaya di ko na din masisisi na magpalakad n alang sa fixer yung iba kasi isipin mo paano na kaya kung 8am or 9am ka pa dumating. Basta ako sinunod ko ang tama. Pero nakakwalang gana yung bagal ng proseso. Yung mga staff doon mabait naman at kita mo yung effort nila na mag cater sa lahat. Pero sobrang inefficient ng process. Maghanap na lang kayo ng ibang licensing center kung new license. O kaya kung renewal or student permit lang naman, doon na kayo sa maluwang gaya ng sa Pasig LTO (near Ynares center), doon wala pang 30 minutes. Pag alis ko, ang dami pa ding tao na kasabayan ko pa sa umaga pero mas late na dumating, malamang maghapon na sila nandoon.

If you want to save time don't transact with this branch.
Madaming fixer, inefficient staff.

Pakiayos naman ng galawan nyo dito. Napakabagal ng proseso kahit kakaunti ang tao. Lahat ng may kakilala nauuna. Pakiaayos naman ho.

Attentive and helpful staff. I got my license in 2 hours which is fast for a government agency, considering the long queue and the exam. Just make sure you have with you all of the required documents (medical certificate, certification from driving school and student's permit for first time DL applicants like me). This LTO licensing branch accepts walk-ins, compared to the Manila branch, where they only accept applicants who are scheduled on that day.

Expect a very long waiting time (could take up to at least an hour) as they are currently on 30-50% skeletal workforce in line with the IATF guidelines.

Best to go in th morning as they might close earlier than the posted office hour.

Bring refreshments / hanky as it can get really hot in the place.
