41Nakaka dismaya ngayong araw lang yung lalaki sa LTO Window 1 masungit, hindi marunong mag approach nananakot pa, panay lang naman celfon ginagawa tamad ata mag trabaho, ang yabang porket nasa pwesto.

Parking area for cars paunahan, uneven yun surface ng parking area pwedeng sumayad since sa napaglumaang gulong lang yun pinagtutungan ng car. May mga nakakapasok na nakatsinelas lang at shorts. Dun sa vehicle inspection area walang nga ID yun staff, kaya dimo sure kung fixer. Sa pag registro naman mga 1.5hrs natapos yun narenew na yun car, observed naman ang social distancing. Pagdating agad iabot yun emission sa guard, tapos kausapin na yun mga tao dun sa magiinspect ng car.pag 8am papasukin na, antayin tawagin ang pangalan sa payment at releasing.

Cannot contact any of their landlines. Either ring only or "not in service". And they expect people will respect them. I am trying to get info about license renewal pero wala akong makausap kahit saan office nila.
Good day po, sana po matulungan nyo po ako sa problem encountered ko sa renewal ng license ko. Napunta po sa ibang tao yung lic.no.ko sa new system.nasa picture po mga details, sana po matulungan nyo ako salamat po.
You have to dedicate 5-6 hours of your time to get a new license or renew a dormant license (or any license transaction that would require written or practical driving exams). An extra day is required if system is offline and they can’t print your card.
Bring cash for payments. They don’t have contactless payment options like credit cards/e-Wallets.
This LTO is always busy since it’s a District Office and it caters to a lot of services. They process 100-150 driver’s license per day. For simple renewals, opt for the Satellite LTO branches in the malls. Some of the staff here are nice and accommodating.

This is to commend the LTO Pasay Branch Manager and its staff for excellent service given yesterday (July 15,2021) while replacing my lost driver’s license.
I entered the office at about 11 am and was immediately attended to (senior citizen). Handed in my certificates, filled-in a form, paid a standard fee, had picture taken and finger prints, and left with a replacement copy about 35 mins later.
Well done. Big improvement over previous visits to different LTO branches. Thank you for your excellent service.
Red tape is real. Kahit kumpleto requirements mo expect na pahihirapan ka nila. Red tape pa more. In the end maproseso naman nila. Need mo lang pasensiya. Mga 10000000x.
The processing time to have my car registration is fast. Their employee is very helpful and courteous.they are very Service Oriented.two thumbs up.keep it up.
Lto personnel are accomodating and nice. Parking is the only problem.
Maluwag sa loob. Maraming upuan para sa mga nag iintay. Just need patience and since marami ang nag aaply. Also. Please wear mask and face shield.para safe tyo
The line was long but their service was quick despite it was crowded. It takes about 1.3 hrs for the whole process of the line was if not it only takes 30ins to get ur license.
Has per my experience it is good, I went for Driving license card print and it took 1 hour for waiting but staff were helpful.
Corruption at its finest. The fixers are even wearing LTO shirts. You think you're being assisted by someone from LTO yun pala hihingi na ng dagdag kasi fixer sila.
Pinaka mabagal ang proseso sa lahat ng goverment agency.ang daming na late na empleyado ng gobyerno at puro sila tsismis.sa tagal na nilang trabaho ang bagal nila gumalaw.kabwisit 6am ngaun 830 na dpa kami naka exam.
Went here to get my non-pro drivers license at 7AM I finished and got my ID at 5PM. Clearly their process needs a lot of improvement like opening more windows for every transaction.
A tiring process. Was there from 7am til almost 8pm. Examiners took time before they gave the questionnaire but one thing is for sure though, if you go there early and have all the patience to wait then, you'd be able to get your license. I got mine! =)
Despite a lot of people, transactions were smooth and systematic. Madaling kausap mga tao. Maraming salamat for a very good experience in your branch. I appreciated all the help and assistance. Mabuhay po kayo!
