LTO La Loma District Office reviews
41Sobrang bagal ng service. More than 3 hrs akong nag antay, just for renewal ng license. Iba pa yung alloted time for medical.
30 mins to RENEW my license. Staff is courteous and very efficient. System from beginning to end is orderly and smooth. Instructions well indicated and signs are all over the place explaining the procedure. The facility is clean and organized but unfortunately a bit run-down and really needed a proper renovation. Do bring your own pen which is what people often forget around here. Xerox your docs ahead of time. Hard to get a parking space.
Apr 2023 - Rude staff, no proper queueing, staff said to wait outside, nobody's calling us in, after more than an hour, staff inside said license renewals don't need to wait outside. We could've been inside getting processed an hour ago! When inside, the people who submitted later than me were getting called first. I got called last among my group. Very inefficient, disorganized and unclear instructions. I can't imagine that in 2023 we're still relying on "tanong tanong" to know what the next step is. There wasn't even a simple flowchart posted anywhere, if there was it wasn't clearly seen or referred to.
Serving the public, administering policies, and fostering transparency for a better society. Your voice matters here.
This government office wants their personnel to be treated with respect but these same personnel treat people very rudely. Disorganized and questionable queuing procedure, a number of late comers finishing ahead of early comers.
Honest Review
Arrived: 9: 45 am
Done: 2: 45 pm
Processing hours - 5 hrs 00 mins
1. Emission center (private) infront of LTO - 3 hours processing including stencil
2. Inspection - 1 min
3. Registration / Verification - 2 hours mins
Strongly suggests for Vehicle insurance
1. Apply on Cebuana for your Vehicle insurance much cheaper compared inside LTO. 800 sa loob for Motorcycle, 300 lang sa Cebuana.
Me: sabe po nung casa free registration for one yea.
Staff: Yes and No lang ser para mabilis at di mag tagal pabalang.
Me: No, then meko nakumu thinking anyapin atiu ku keni para parehistru kasi due ne this month.
SOBRANG BAGAL NANG PROCESS RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DI NILA ALAM YUNG CITIZENS NAG PAPASAHOD SAKANILA.
Based on my expi every year.
30 mins insurance if dun kukuha sa kanila
1 hour emission

Had to drive from Cavite only to find out MV registration transactions are rescheduled for another week due to system downtime
Rude staff at the front desk.
Total of 4 hours just for the student permit. And may palakasan syempre pag kakilala mo ung staffs.
Quite clean, quite noisy. There were people to assist you. Best to ask those in uniform or at least with official ID.
It's amazing, LTO la Loma personnel are very humbled and very nice approaching.keep up the good work sir/ma'am.
They were offline. Probably the computer system isn’t working. There are lines everywhere. Floor is dirty. There are dark corners. There are kids staying in the place. There’s a sound system constantly reminding you to be patient.
Napakatagal!
