LTO La Loma has recently migrated to a new IT System which makes the queueing time longer. Apparently, said office experiences frequent system offline which has exacerbated the queueing time. I hope DICT could help them out. Looking forward for a better customer experience as soon as possible!

Good service.mabilis transaction.
Tip. Probably better If you can get your emissions test done elsewhere then get the other paper work done at la loma. Para Mas mabilis un process.

I made my request, correction of CR, through email at LTO La Loma. I did several follow up at La Loma District office and MID Records at Central office. It took a month for the RSU to be implemented. A staff of MID records informed me that I can now get the corrected CR at LTO La Loma. I arrived LTO La Loma at 6: 30 am to avoid traffic and to be able to park. Official time starts at 8 am but they already accommodated me at 7: 30 am. Done after an hour. Thank you LTO La Loma for being responsive and for replying my email on time. Thank you for your hard work. It was still early but the office was already hot because there's not enough air conditioner.

It took me more than 5 hrs just to renew my driver's license in LTO laloma. I don't want to go back there anymore. I used to renew my license at LTO españa but their machine is under repair so ihad to go to LTO laloma.super traumatic experience for me. However in fairness to them, they're constantly apologizing because of the delay. But for me, 5 hrs of waiting is unacceptable and unjustifiable. Nakakainis lang!

Nakakahiya ung serbisyo at facility nila.

LTO staff here (as far as my experience goes) can't seem to be bothered to smile, which also doesn't make the dreary atmosphere any better. Cars lining up for registration are directed to park along the street because they don't have their own parking area, and the "inspection" is done on the streets as well. The "inspectors" obviously don't have too much training in etiquette and manners, which unfortunately is expected. The first contact employee, the one who sits inside the air conditioned area just before going in, isn't any better, but being a government employee and an LTO client-facing employee you somehow expect better. When inside, the bare, cemented floors for the client area plus the all too usual terrible shared restroom facility leaves a whole much to be desired. Wash basins serve to collect the water under air conditioner units, which I should mention serve only the LTO employees inside the 'work area' as the one (1) for the whole client area doesn't seem to work properly, hence the number of fans that also serve as, for lack of a better term, decorations. The seats are rusty and either completely broken or barely serviceable. Only the employee at Window 11 gave me a smile and that was after a long conversation. All in all, the whole registration process didn't take a whole while, getting there and started the process at about 3pm and done at around 4: 15.2 stars but if not for that, 1.

I went there and was ultimately surprise with how they conduct their efforts in helping people with their license and other LTO related problems. Special mention to Sir Kim at the inspections. He was helpful and went out of his way to help a confused man on what to do. I hope all LTO personel will be like this branch later on. This helpful attitude is what we need now when everything else in this pandemic that has gone wrong is going from bad to worst.

Maraming salamat sa LTO laloma. Hope you guys can help more confused ppl out there po: D again my sincere thanks.

Service on site and online responsiveness has been very good. Just wish they air conditioned the whole place.

Fixers are rampant with no parking lot. LTO service for car registration renewal is so slow took us more than 2H and take note we have complete documents with us Emission test, TPL and stencil already.

Took me 7 hours and 14 minutes to finish renewal of vehicle registration during GCQ. Lining up for emission testing took 3 and a half hours but LTO has no control over it since the testing centers are private. One testing center has a "special lane" to those who gives facilitation fee to the staff.

One of the best LTO district offices in the Metro. From the stencil guys to the guards on duty to the office staffs and management/officers, everyone perform their roles efficiently. They're accommodating, courteous and organized. They exemplify the true hearts of a public servant. Kudos to the leadership of ARD Pamela B. Gervacio.

Lack of emission testing centers contributed to the overall process of renewing your car registration. It adds 3-4 more hours in your process.

Pricey in-house TPL at 1250 pesos. You could purchase online at 650 pesos through Paramount Life & General Insurance.

Air-conditioned place and less people in the afternoons. They have the medical checkup team next door so that was convenient.

By far the only government office worthy of my/your tax! The duplicate license process was done in less than 30mins only! Kudos to all employees!

Finding yourself a spot to park on is challenging as there are little to none provided. An option is to park in Santo Domingo Church. The cars parked on the streetside is really inviting though.

350 pesos just for the medical exam inside the LTO is really pricey. Just because they use a computer isn't reasonable enough to make the price go up that high. There is a medical clinic across which probably charge less.

The process of renewal encourages you to ask their staffs frequently for directions on which window you are supposed to go next, as the areas are not arranged to provide a linear flow of movement. Moving back and forth between windows would confuse you and waiting time for the release of the card would challenge your patience.

Also, having your picture taken requires you to squat if you are taller than 160cm.

The staff are friendly though so feel free to ask them for your inquiries.
