The service was excellent. From the valet up to the servers, we were attended to very well. The quality of food and the serving size is definitely worth the price.

Thank you for your warm hospitality, Mama Lous BF! We enjoyed our Christmas Eve dinner. Al Fresco dining was well kept and was the perfect spot for us and our kitten Cheddar.

Great service and great food. Our server Denden had a great sense of humor which was the cherry on top.

I ordered the Truffle Mac & Cheese and I asked if they could put chicken on top, and they obliged.

The people are very accomodating and the interior is serene.

If your looking for a homemade pizzeria place then this place is for you. A home converted into a restaurant aside from pizza they serve good pasta as well.

The staff and servers all have veey welcoming and pleasant attitudes however me and my family who regularly eat out at this branch have been met with slight dissapointment upon ordering and recieving our food. The pizza was how id describe a bit soggy and the pesto risotto was as how a filipino mother would say "basang sinaing" and lacking the pesto flavor in generall, although we've told the staff about our concerns the dissapoitment was still there, i appreciate the efforts on the free gelatino to make up for the food as we have never had gelatino before. Nonetheless pur experince was still good and not to worry as we shall always return as always because everyone has bad days and good days, everyone makes mistakes, and we believe in second chances.

My son and I order from this place through Grab a lot. The food is a bit expensive but very well worth the money! Parking around their store in BF is limited though so I'd avoid going during busy hours

We went to Mama Lou's BF branch on a Sunday. It was early evening but the place was full. We usually love the food in this place but last Sunday the food was not up to par with their usual quality. (We also ate here last month and a few other times in the last 4-5 months). The fried chicken pieces were not as tasty and were much smaller than before, the fries were oily and not as crispy, the vongole pasta was too oily, the truffle pasta had too much sauce. The salpicao was as delicious as before and the pizza was good. But overall, there was a noticeable dip in the usual quality of the food served. Perhaps this was because there were more diners than usual and there were so many grab takeouts. I still gave 4 stars because I would grade our previous dining experiences here 5/5. This time it was 3/5. I hope they can maintain the quality of their food and service even if they have a lot of customers. This is one of our favorite dining places.

Definitely the best branch. What makes this the best is the customer experience from its friendly servers, most notably sir Harley. Who is attentive at all the customers dining in, he comes to your aid and comfort without you calling for him. Kudos to this man and to this branch. Will be coming back.

Binabalikbalikan ko talaga yung truffle Mac n cheese nila and mama Lou’s ice tea. Mabait and accommodating ang staffs today. Si Sir Lanz and Arvin nag stand out sa costumer service. Kudos.

The worst branch ever. I will never come back here. You just ruined my birthday. Worst service!

It’s a great place in Bf Homes to have dinner. The food is great, a lot of choices of Italian food.

My first time to eat here. We had our Valentine' s date we and food as delicious price is reasonable.

Ordered via website and paid ahead at 9: 30 am for delivery 12-12: 50pm. I call to follow up at 12: 55 and they hadn't even seen the order! The reason? No internet connection so they couldn't check it! Pambihira! So now we have to wait another 40 mins, we can't even cancel because the order has been prepaid! PATHETIC. I cannot fathom the INCOMPETENCE.

We ordered pizza, lasagna, oriental and ceasar salad, risotto, mushroom soup and gambas. Of all the orders i liked gambas the best, the others are just ordinary. Oriental sauce also tastes good

Good food, decent prices, service was good as well. I found Mama Lou's cozy and relaxed. The food, well, let's just say my waistline isn't going to be getting smaller from eating there. It is good food.

Enjoyed their food espcecially the pasta and Beef Salpicao. Very good service, staff are accommodating. Dine while getting the rustic home feeling. Highly recommended.

Can't decide whether you want Italian, Indian or Mexican food?
You can go in one restaurant to have your Lasagna, Chicken Biryani Burrito and Taro Milk Tea from Mama Foods Cloud Kitchen who are under Mama Lou's Italian Kitchen.
Just to clarify the confusion.
The lamb burrito look small although there is a lot of lamb with less rice yet it has beans inside with three sauces to decided upon.

Grabe lang sa delivery sobra tagal order. Gutom ka na di pa rin dating! 3hrs bago dumating advanced na nga para sa merienda dinner na pala darating. Dapat yun time na sinabi nila kapag late its free na yung dapat sa kanila! Baguhin nila yung delivery nila!
