Nice cozy space. Good place to stay especially during quarantine time. People here are so helpful and friendly, which is what you actually need during these times. Kudos to the team!

Room is clean and spacious, the only thing I would like to comment is the front desk don't answer their phone. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Poor customer service. No refunds given. Caution, book at own risk. Stayed here out of necessity in March while evacuating back to USA (hotels full). Room and accommodations are very dated, food sub par, no customer service. Will not stay here again, will sleep in airport first.

I feel so comfortable here and the staff are all very friendly.
There are some pros and cons but overall I'm loving it here

The buffet is good every morning. I liked the sausage and the fruit options. The pool is a bit small but the night cocktail bar at the rooftop is good. Staff is good.

Hotel rooms are spacious and well maintained, free water dispenser in every floor. Swimming pool on the roof deck gives a great view of Manila bay and the makati skyline. Just cross the street and you are in SM Mall of Asia. Really a great hotel.

Slide airport but also to the sea front, where there's lots going on and you feel safe. Right next to Mall of Asia with lots to do as well as shops

Not my first time here. Check in took longer than usual, mine was 5 minutes, the couple ahead of me took 17min. Facilities still look good. However the cushion by the window had a lot of hair that needed vacuuming. Housekeeping did as requested. This hotel can't be beat for value, location and very good facilities. Front door staff are topnotch. Helpful and courteous.

This is a great location in the quiet corner of MOA complex. Very close to all great restaurants along Seaside. Close to Mall of Asia and its arena. There's a convenience store on the ground floor on the next building which I found very helpful when I forgot some basic/personal stuff I should have brought with me. Starbucks across the street at Conrad hotel with indoor outdoor sitting. Although they have a shuttle service going to MOA, If you don't want to wait for the shuttle schedule, you easily can walk across Conrad Hotel (and shop) which connects MOA and MOA arena via an enclosed foot bridge. Plenty of shops and restaurants along the way between places. Parking spot is limited but there's always one available. Also close taxi/grab ride to the airport. If you don't have the grab app, just ask the concierge and they will be happy to call a taxi for you and they keep a log of your taxi's info which makes you feel safer.

Great hotel close to the Mall of Asia with a rooftop pool with a view. The staff was super nice and they have a nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are comfortable and clean. My only complaint was that the hallways were a bit hot & humid and could use better air conditioning.

Great and conveniently located. 24 hour reception. Rooms are reasonable for the price. Great view from roof top pool and seating area especially at night.

Absolutely rubbish Hotel, if you are on a business trip and you depend on wifi, please save yourself and do not come here. Obviously the owner or whoever controls the wifi is clearly incompetent and doesn’t understand that the vast majority of today’s society heavily rely on the use of wifi. In addition, the place is severely outdated and is in need to an update elevators are slow and unreliable, bathrooms are old and amenities are lacking considering that we have a 2 bedroom, we only amenities that accomodate 1 person. And if you enjoy peace and quiet don’t come here, there is a festival outside with ride and all you can hear is the screams from people riding the rides.

Overall, my stay so far has been by far the worse I’ve ever had, would never come here again. And to the owners, give up the hotel is abysmal compared to your competitors in the Conrad hotel.

Very loud neighbors, noise came from everywhere, it was like paperwalls. We didn’t get to have enough sleep because of that. We requested for a room on a high and quiet floor but they gave us the exact opposite.

Nice relaxing stay, food could be better but the service, amenities, and location are good and acceptable.

For the location and the price of the hotel it is definitely low quality for the $151 per night fee. There are very few positives about our experience here and will likely avoid this hotel because of the high price and low quality. We've stayed in hotels for less with a better experience.

1st Impression:
- The outside of the hotel and the lobby is really nice and makes it appear high class.
- When we went to our room on the 5th floor, the air itself was warm and smelled strange as if there was no air conditioning in the hallways (which there isn't).
- Upon entering our room, I was shocked by the hospital like feel and smell. I honestly wondered if it was once a nursing home or hospital since there were metal rails on both sides of the toilet. The walls were different colors and appeared as if it had been painted over multiple times. The room did not look extremely clean. I checked the sheets and there were a few stains and an obvious stain they could not remove from previous use. (I did smell it to make sure it was freshly washed.)
- We were told that our luggage would be sent up to our room but after 20 mins of waiting and feeling the need to unpack and shower after hours on a plane, we went downstairs and got the luggage ourselves. The staff clearly saw us and stood and stared.

Overall Impression:
Positives:
- Our view was really nice and the air conditioner worked quickly to cool our room.
-Housekeeping was very prompt about providing us with requested items but they can be slow with answering the phone. After calling Housekeeping and getting no response, I had to hang up and call the front office. After a couple of rings they responded and relayed my message.
- Free shuttle to the SM Mall
- The location is super convenient to restaurants and stores you may want to go to.

Negatives:
-The breakfast buffet was okay but definitely not great. Some of the food was not fully cooked like the beans and their french toast was hard (if that's even possible) with no syrup available for it.
-There are very few channels available on TV and what is on is a segment that reloops every 30 minutes. I've never seen this before in a hotel.
-Holy hell the walls are thin and even more so the conjoining doors to the next hotel room. I was woken up at 7 am by someone next door who decided to have morning sex. I had to blast the TV on to drown out the noise.
- My mother and sister were in one room while my bf and I were in another. We had to extend our stay by a few hours since our flight wasn't until 11 pm. At 11: 35 am we were given a courtesy call that we had to check out at 12 pm. We didn't realize my mother had extended it for her room only so we quickly dragged our things to her room in order to "check out" in time. After being in her room for maybe 20 minutes we get a knock on our door from the housekeeper who was asking us about 2 missing hangers from our room. What. I know housekeeping is only doing their job but how cheap must the hotel be to count the hangers and knock on the door about it? We didn't and wouldn't steal a hotel hanger. Especially when we're still technically in the hotel for a couple more hours.

Excellent place to stay. Affordable price. The rooms are well maintained. The staff is very helpful. And a great place to eat breakfast if you choose to include it during your stay.
