Imagine ang tamad nyong maghanap ng sulat. Pinapunta nyo pa nanay ko sa post office Pasay e anjan naman pala yung sulat sa office nyo! Galaw galaw naman! Mahina ba bigayan? Kaya tamad kayong mag assist? Trabaho nyo naman yan!

Not updated regarding the working days. I came there and it was Holiday. It mentioned that it is open. Waste of time.

I went there once to retrieve some package and it was unbelievable! I had no problem before when they delivered my package to my house then I paid a hundred plus for the delivery. But the second time, they made me go to the post office itself. I only had to wait for 10 minutes, however, I needed to pay the same delivery fee even though I had to pick the parcel up myself! I don't remember what's the reason for the money, but I still cannot believe it.

The post office opens at 8am, I brought all the documents needed and a printed form. The guards are friendly, the one on the gate will approach you before entering the vicinity, and guide you where to park. The next guard will be the one at the building, he will check all the documents/requirements needed for the application. Make sure that the address you put on the form, is the same address on your billing statements or proof of residency. I showed our Meralco bill. Next is Window 12, for payment. I paid Php650 for rush, it's Wednesday when I applied for the ID, the teller told me that the ID will be available by Friday afternoon. Next will be capturing. Make sure not to wear sleeveless, good thing I have my jacket on. The teller will then ask you to check the details of your ID on the monitor, if everything is correct, the teller will ask you to submit the form using your thumb mark. A claim form will be given. And that's it! Just 3 EASY STEPS to get 1 Valid ID ️. Hope this helps!

Sa dinami dami ng philpost office eto yung nagustuhan ko kasi hindi hassle yung way papunta dito. Maluwang ang parking at walang mahabang pila. Mabilis pa ang transaction and mabait ang mga staff, iaassist ka talaga sa mga kailangan mo.

How many Quezon City Mayors have passed and still poor manaagement of facilities and inefficiency of employees and their systems? Stone age still. The Local Government should upgrade the Phil Post Office. Quezon City has a very large funding since it's the biggest city in Metro Manila and this should've been taken cared of. I'm not blaming the employees, they are just doing their job. Such a shame Quezon City LGU

Very bad service july 1 2022 kumuha pamankin ko ng postal id december na until now wala pa so kailan ninyo ma deliver pina follow up jan sabi nyo wala driver sa kasalanan namin na wala driver for delivery ayusin nyo yung problema nyo na ganito.dadalin ko ang issue na ito sa office of the mayor

Very hot, humid facility! No proper maintenance. Di ba kayo bayad hanggang 5? 4pm pa lang wala ng tao sa inyo!

I was shocked when I arrived here. Thought it would be another antique structure that is renovated to still serve its purpose but when I came, it is not. The place is so neglected in a way.

I don't know whether my experience here is bad or good. I came here to follow-up my National ID as suggested by our LGU as its been almost 7 months since I registered for it and they said it would only take 3 weeks for my ID to be delivered. I've been using the philsys tracking system online many times but always comes out NOT FOUND. They also did the same thing here at the Post Office and also came out with the same result. They said the problem lies with the PSA and said probably its still in process. I have friends who got theirs not long and they applied after me when I applied before them. Where do you think is the problem?

Walang kwenta mga serbisyo nyo! 2months mahigit na ung postal id ko wala padin dumadating, magaling at mabilis lang tlga kayo sa bayaran, pero s serbisyo mas mabagal pa kau sa pagong. Mga wlang kwenta!

Hi Good day po actually is not a good day because we try to call you several time but your land line is not responding. I hope some of you're EMPLOYEE! Are answer the phone so that we know when and how do you process our Postal ID because it's almost 1 month and 4 days since we apply for postal Id. Hindi na po ba yearly ang pag renew ng postal id?
kung hindi na ilang years po ang validity?

Please, I know that my postal ID is in your custody already. I even checked there in your main office. But the day after that, some post man said my ID was sent to a wrong post man, so he said he'll return it to the one who supposed to send it to me, the one assigned to deliver it to my address. It's almost a week, no response yet. It's almost 1 month and half since I processed my ID, tapos wala pa rin, really need the ID po.

There are no air conditioning inside the office.
However, the staff are nice.

Some ceilings are Missing. The company seems have finance problem.

Personnel are giving different information regarding the time for postal ID renewal processing. They mentioned that there is a cut-off at lunch for picture-taking then next time I dropped by in the morning, they are saying that you have to wait until the afternoon. There is no person assigned for inquiries and the guards are the ones left to answer questions of people, where it is apparent that they don't know all the answers. Guards are making people wait without having a proper line or numbering.
