This establishment collects taxes even if my package costs 80 pesos only. Where does the money go? The place looks like garbage and they deliver really slow.

The place is depressing. It was old and not maintained well. I feel so sad about this country that basic services like this is not prioritized. Also, I was just referred to another post office branch for me to check my mail there so I just wasted my time and money on the way here.

Ayos naman sya. Na serve naman nya yung purpose nya. Nakuha ko yung airmail ko dito. Walang bayad. Mababait naman yung mga staff. Lumang building.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST I’ve been waiting for my package for a MONTH she gave me the WRONG PHONE NUMBER to call and now the phone number on the website won’t work! This is the absolute worst service ever they didn’t even deliver my packages they just left a stupid piece of paper in my mail box WITH NO NUMBER TO CALL! Worst service ever. Get it together.

Cubao QC mailman doesn't care to do his job well. Have called and written to QC NIA Road Post Office the past three years regarding my missing New Yorker magazines but to little avail. Delivery is very delayed if done at all.

POOR SERVICE!
I've been waited for a parcel to be delivered for 3weeks, but it never changes from 'enroute to delivery office' in tracking. I didn't even get any notice card.
So I came here to claim, but the staff once said it's not here yet! How can be!
And I repeatedly described about tracking history, then, staff changed her attitude and said that there's my baggage. I just can't believe what I experience here.
I never want to use, nor even BE here again.

They're all over the place and everything is done MANUALLY. It's 2018 so I don't understand why they don't have computers? Staff seems very robotic already. This place is falling apart.

Very slow and stone age. They still use ledgers for finding your mail. If this place was computerized and if the use Microsoft excel, i bet it will be more faster. I asked about if they could use a computer to fo a search for the packages, unfortunately they are not provided with any. Lucky for me there was less people today so I was able to get my package quicker. Custom is fast as well. Available in this place as well if your looking for a postal ID. You can apply for one in here.

Considered as a secondary ID, so people depend on it, but for Php504, you would think they would have the means to deliver to their promises. They say they only take 15 working days to deliver your ID, but they must be talking about days in other planets because it takes much longer than that! And when you do follow up online, they will refer you to the Postal ID hotline which will then refer you to the QC Central Office whose only two existing numbers either doesn't work or reaches nobody. IT'S A DEAD END. The only other way you can follow up is to go to your nearest post office and inquire, which means you have to take a day off from work.

Slow response, not even responding on any emails or text, most of the numbers are wrong. Tried calling for 4th time, all their answer is different.they dont actually know what they are saying.

It's been more than a month since I received any sort of update on my package, and none of my emails and such have been responded to. Majority of the phone numbers given in their website no longer works, and nobody picks up the last one. What even is going on? !

I get the Phrase" you get what you paid for", If im not smart enough to confirm before going to this branch if my parcel is in there already. Also You need to pay PHP112 for so called handling fee? And there are other who just claiming a document yet you have to pay still.every government agency nowadays are just like scammers

Very friendly security guards, went to get postal ID. Took a while for them to mail it to my address (about a week). ID is good quality and have made various transactions with it.

Hi, What is your new contact number? The number posted here is not accessible accordingly. I have an incoming international package and need to know if it is now available in this post office. Thanks.

I was shocked when I arrived here. Thought it would be another antique structure that is renovated to stikk serve its purpose but when I came, it is not. The place is so neglected in a way.
