Our first OB Gyne doctor was super nice and accommodating. She took care of me from my miscarriage up to the pre-surgery. All care and medical advice were given practically. I commend Dra. Karizz Alimagno for her professionalism and quality service. I wish her good luck on her new assignment and greener pasture.

I want to thank you also Dra. De Guzman who did the actual operation. Casual and just a normal doctor. Id like also to commend and give thanks to the other Anesthesiologist and Nurses who took care of me during and post operation.
Most of them are nice and friendly. They did their job very well.

For some, i felt bad dun sa mga Nurses, Admin Staff and Esp Guards (yung bungangq ng guard sa OB sa 5th floor sarap lagyan ng gasa at buhusan ng holy water pwede pakipalitan yung mga yan) na may bad behavior, i think work lang sila talaga walang care and not passionate on their Job. Hindi sila angkop dyan. Sana hindi na lang Human beings ang kausap and sineserbisyuhan nyo, dapat palitan sila dahil may bad manners, unpleasant kausap, not hospitable, mga toxic ang ugali and very intimidating. Kala mo Diyos. Please treat us your patient and as a civil sèrvant pls serve with purpose hindi parang kaaway nyo mga tao sa paligid.

Thank you sa other Admins, Malasakit and Philhealth for providing a good quality service too.

I hope and pray soon na maging systematize, beneficial and customer service oriented ang lahat ng nasa RMC. So that we will recommend it as 5 stars medical service provider kahit na govt lang ito tingin ko na may ibubuga pa sila.

Nice experience sa Lahat ng Doctors, Nurses nag surgery sa akin.laki ng pasasalamat ko. Di ko na ma mention lahat pero subrang pasasalamat ko sa kanila. Sa lahat ng surgery department nagpapasalamat ako sa palagi nila ako binibisita. Maraming maraming sa lamat po.

Very professional staff in blood bank and laboratory. Also availed the dermatology telemedicine for free during the pandemic and the doctors were helpful.

3 days in a row waiting for telemedicine, on the 3rd na accept ng 10 am then pinag-antay ako ng 5 hours sa pag asang may makakausap na dr tapos sasabihin mahina ang net, maghanap ng face to face na dr. Eh lockdown di ba. Wasted my precious time. Not recommendable. Madaming private na mura at mabait makitungo sa patient.

The best ang mga doktor, ang impossible ginagawa nilang possible.simula sa mama q at dalawang Kapatid q.

Poor service, quite dissappointing that patients' lives are not their top priority, we have to wait for 8hrs before the patient could undergo on a citiscan, which should be done immediately to prevent worsening the patient's situation

Hindi ko sure sino paniniwalaan sa kanila pero sa website meron nakalagay na VATS or any Thoracic Procedure pero pagdating mo sa ER mismo, wala raw sila ganun then ipapasa ka nila sa Lung Center. Sana di na nilagay sa website.

I'd rate 0 star if i could.nurses and doctors are rude. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.they don't pay respects when they're talking to a patient.especially to me who came to the ER because of OD.smh

This review is based on our experience when my mother was hospitalized at this hospital. July 26 to August 3,2021.

Reminder: Please follow safety protocols because of the hospital-like Rizal Medical Center. High risk for Covid-19 virus.

Services:
They have good services, especially for surgery. (Based on the case of my mother.)

They have good service in ERCP or Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography.

Good services offered by Social Service including Philhealth and Malasakit Center.
Note: if the patient has a Philhealth number, please make sure that the account is active and has a contribution to use the benefits.

Because of the pandemic, the hospital was full incapacity, and waiting time in the emergency room may take 2 to 3 days before to transfer to the wardroom.

Based also on our experience, our bed was placed on the side of the hallway. But the service was still excellent. The nurses and doctors, always update the progress of the situation of the patients.

For Out-patient - Emergency, please provide the referral letter that came from your doctor.

Rizal Medical Center is Covid Referal Hospital, please expect that that hospital has numerous cases of Covid positive patients.

Sobrang mababait ang employees dyan saludo ako inyo lalo sa mga surgery staff at ung nasa E. R staff ang bilis kumilos kay mam na nag intindi sa aming maraming salamat po, kay mayor salamat sa mga employees nyo dyan god bless po pasig is the great city! Sana dyan ako titira sa city nyo god bless!

Mataray ang doctor sa Surgery when we have our consultation today sa Emergency (Aug. 26,2021) around 1pm. How come daw we came in Surgery because my patient's case was not an emergency and she thinks it's not about Surgery case? Then ask your staff in triage area. Because he was the one who told us to go to your department. We're here to seek medical help from you as a doctor that's why, don't blame us as if we know everything. That's the reason why we came here because all we know is that, you will be the one who can answer about patient's current condition. My patient experiencing headcahe, dizziness, vomiting, numbness of upper extremities and feeling of heaviness of the body. He was hit by an ibeam on the right side of the face affected his mouth including gums and teeth and some portion of his forehead though it was a week ago. The hospital that he was consulted that day of accident adviced him to seek medical attention if ever he will experience such symptoms. There's no one even took vital signs and don't even care to give a chair to patient who waited so long just to seek consultation on your sluggish management. Don't even show courtesy and a frown-like face doctor for that Surgery area. How can you ease the pain felt by your patient if your staff do not know how to show a simple gestures of warm smile and courtesy? God bless.

This hospital saved my brother from covid? Tinanggihan na kami ng lahat ng ospital sa Maynila pero tinanggap nila kami at binigyan agad ng urgent care yung kapatid ko; tinignan agad stats nya, nilagyan agad sya ng oxygen, kinuhaan agad syang blood for tests, at binigyan agad syang medication ibang iba sa mga public/semiprivate hospitals sa Maynila

The building is still under construction. Very limited parking for patients and staff. They are very strict with walk in and by appointment consultation. Your patience will be tested in waiting for your doctor.

I am so glad I went to this hospital before seeing all of the terrible reviews, I want to say to the 2 paramedics from bacoor cavite who picked me up after my motorcycle accident @Daang hari road on Seb. 19th @11pm. Thank you for making me feel better after the traumatic experience and thank you to the police officer for securing my valuable things.

Government hospital pero ang mga staffs sa Oncology Center sobrang mababait at ang bilis ng service ng telemedicine. Sana lahat ng public hospitals ganito. Yun nga lang minsan yung ibang gamot hindi available dito, need pa bumili sa labas. Pero overall para sa akin, Very Good. Keep it up!

Sa ngayon may covid19 ok naman sila. Pero hindi mo talaga maiwasan na may makakaharap magaspang pa sa liha kapag alam nila na ikaw ay mahirap lang.

Dinala sa emergency hospital ang mama ko kasi sobrang hina na wala namang kahit pangunang lunas binigay ang doctor,
Walang silbi.
No choice kahit hindi na makalakad ang pasyente uwi na lang, walang tulong galing sa doctor, kung meron pa negative zero yan rating ko
