Never going back and by far the worst hospital i've been to, just remember to read the reviews before choosing a hospital

Dito namatay ang baby ko okay naman na sya last 2 weeks nya after ma admit, tapos bigla na lang nagkaroon ng kumplikasyon, goodness doctors na hindi sinasabi sayo kung ano ba dapat ang gawin doctors na hindi sinasabi sayo kung ano ba talaga abg sakit ng bata doctors na walang paki alam hindi sinasabi sayo lahat ng detalye mga walang kwenta

Ill rate this Rizal medical center public as 1 star or if there are lower than one, ill give a zero. One, most nurses and doctors are rude. My first experience was a disaster. Were in the emergency room then Were asking for an update of the room. Then the nurse said “ sinong may sabeng may room na? ” Sarcastically answered. Then i said was “ were you not endorsed about the patient? Then she said “kararating ko lang, kararating ko lang” “mag isa lang ako“. Then whats worst is how she adressed the patient “eto ba” as far as I know eto or it is only being used to animals, and the patient is not an animal hes human. Then she started to ask questions to the patient’s father like she is talkin to a criminal. She also mentioned that “ na inform ba kyo na umaabot ng 3 araw ang mga patients dto? ” Then the father shocked of what the nurse have mentioned. Thats the time I questioned how do they define PUBLIC SERVICE. If they cant perform their job well and they are not being paid fairly they should have not treat their patient like hell. And also the guards there are very inconsistent on the rules and policies when it comes comin in and out of the hospital. This wall wont be enough for me to deacribe how worst this public hospital is. They will never feel The hurt We felt during that time. Thank you I hope mayor Vico would inspect this hoepital on how they treat the patients and their family members.

Hospital is Not Accomodating, I came to Ask For a Check Up cause I Badly Need a Medcert. They Just Told me That They Don't Give Med certificate on ER and That It was From OPD. It does not Help At All When Your Lacking Out of Budget Cause They will Only refer You To a Private Clinic.

OK NA SANA. NAINORMAL KO NGA ANAK KO PERO NAOPERAHAN PARIN AKO DAHIL SA INUTOS NYONG INTERN ANG MAGTAHI SAKIN. ANONG LABAS? , HEMATOMA KAYA GANG NGAYON DITO PARIN AKO! DUMAAN ANG PASKO DIKO NAKASAMA PAMILYA KO. PATI BA NAMAN BAGONG TAON? !

Okay naman. Hindi lang masyadong magagalang yung mga interns. I have waited for 6 hrs ni hindi manlang ako bngyan kahit pain releiver 6 hrs sobrang sakit ng tyan ki and itatanong pa saakin "Masakit paba maam? " like hello mag titiis ba ko maghintay ng 6 hrs kung okay nako. You guys should be treating your patients well dahil may nararamdaman silang masakit. I know how stressful your work is and I understand that well. Lahat tayo na sstress sa work hindi lang kayo.

Okay sana yung Hospital kulang lang sa pakikipag kapwa tao yung mga crews. Kuya Obendio, hindi po lahat ng mag-asawa magkakapareha katulad ng mga iniisip mo. Pakitikom na lang po ng bunganga mo. Daig mo pa babae

Very clean hospital. It doesn’t smell bad. Though there are so many people and some patients need room but can’t and just stayed in the ER that might give them other complications.

Nag pa check up ako sa OB. Walang araw na nag pa check up ako na d ako nainis sa mga OB member. Galit cla sa mga buntis at kung ituring nila parang tae lang ang mga buntis. Over crowded ang room at walang mga privacy. At tapos 3 times na ako pabalik balik dun ang tanong padin sakin paulit ulit lang. Kelan ang huling regla, mga sakit at kung ano ano pang mga preliminary questions. At hindi pwd mag walk in mag pa check up. Kailangan mag pa schedule. Kung hindi pagagalitan ka. Lalo na yong midwife na nag ee schedule dun. Parang away niya ng trabaho. At yong mga praktis medicine pauwi lang nasa isip. D sana d nalang sila nag enrol ng ganung course. Bakit ganun ang mga tao doon? ! Nakaka sama ng loob lahat naman kmi nag babayad ng buwis. Kinukurakot nga lang mga buwis na binabayad eh. Ibigay niyo naman sa mga government employee para hindi sila galit mag trabaho. Taong bayan ang kawawa. Kong d niyo kayang gawin ang trabaho niyo wag na kayong mag serbisyo.

Clean facility.

Hayop ang mga nurse at doctor nyo. Hindi sila marunong makitungo ng maayos sa pasyente. Nagpapagamot dyan ang mama ko dahil malala na kundisyon nya. Sa halip na asikasuhin ng maayos sinabihan walang isip.sana mangyari din sa inyo lahat ng ginagawa nyo sa kapwa nyo. Sana po maaksyonan ang mga ganyang tao. Kaya kawawa ang mahihirap e. Para mabuhay ka lang kailangan mong tanggapin lahat ng pang aalipusta sayo at panghahamak ng ibang tao. Ang masasabi ko sa rmc mga hayop mga doctor at nurse nyo

I just want to clarify with regards to my brother who is now in your hospital for more or less than 10 days. It’s really hard for us as family members to figure it out what are his diagnosis. As per physicians stated the laboratories are not yet available to read. For Christ sake my brother who is now in 401-A is having trouble breathing and his only taken one medication, Omg that is not gonna help him at all. When are you guys to facilitate our issue when his not breathing? Please help him his name is Nelson Villanueva in 401-A. We just want to be specific what is exactly his problem coz we as a family member we’re so worried of what’s going on to him. Please do something before it’s to late. If his kidney is totally failed please advice him to go on dialysis so he won’t sacrifice right now.dialysis is better for him than having hardly breath. I know his having severe edema, Compare on the first day he got admitted to your hospital. Don’t let him sacrifice.thank you so much. I will follow up to my siblings if there’s an update to him.by the way this message is OFW from USA.

Despite the negative feedback from many people here, I had a good experience in the OPD. People just have to be patient as this is a hospital which caters mainly to the masses. But there is a system set to manage the crowds in an organized manner.

Walang puso ang mga doctor and nurses! Wala man lang mga senior or veteran doctors puro intern. Lahat pumapatay ng pasyente!

This is a public hospital in Pasig City under the supervision of city government. What can you expect from this hospital: long lines, poor ambulance service, etc.

Napakawalang kwenta na ospital porket public lang grabe makasigaw sa mga pasyente nika at ang sasama pa ng ugali ng mga guard imbis na maging maayos lagay mo ma hhb ka pa lalo

Ask ko lang po sana kung libre ba dito ang check up nyo? Gusto ko sana manganak dito nalang eh. Thanks

Bulok na sistema. Nag lagay pa kayo ng number kung hindi naman nasusunod at kung sino pa yung walang number sya pang inuuna. Paki ayos po ng sistema please

Masusungit ang ibang staff nakaka bwesit nakakasira ng araw. Lalo na yong nasa labas na mga lady guard ba yun? Tatanong ng maayos pabalang sumagot.ibang mga staff (naka blue) tinatanong mo ng maayos sinasagot ka nga taray naman ng pag sagot habang nag lalakad.tama ba yun? Please lang paki orient nga yang mga bwesit nyong staff.

Ito ung ospital na may maangas na mga doktor lalo na sa obgyn. Ung tatanungin ka pa ng irate mo ung sakit na nararamdaman mo, tapos sasabihin mo sobrang sakit. Tas sasagutin ka ano mamatay ka na ba sa sakit as in? Mas matagal pa ung binalik balik mo kaysa inassist ka nila.ginagawa nila ung trabaho nila pero di kakikitaan ng malasakit sa pasyente. Ospital na imbes na gagamot sayo maiistress ka pa.kung may emergency ka wag mo nang atimin na puntahan ang ospital toh mamatay ka na bago ka nila asikasuhin nang maayos.
