Yung room po sa dermatology 3rd floor ang daming doctor sa loob pero di ko po alam kung bat paisa isa po sila sa mga pasyente sa pila 1stimer ako sa hospital nayan and okay lang naman kung matagal at madami pasyente den kasi gawa ng public pero grabe naman yung ang dami nyong doctor yung iba di pa kabilisan gumalaw may ibang rude na staff may iba den naman na approachable may allergy ako siguro kung inabot pa ako ng ilang hrs baka di ko na kinaya yung sikip ng dibdib ko anyways umalis nalang talaga ako around 10: 30 ako andun 1: 30 umalis na ako wala akong napala too bad sa public hospital mejo di ka maasikaso

Nanawagan po ako sa management ng hospital na ito. Sana eh ayusin nyo ung serbisyo nyo kasi buhay ung nakasalalay. Napaka konti nalang ng nurse at doktor na dedicated sa trabaho nila dyan madami eh halos panget ng attitude towards sa pasyente at nagbabantay. Siguro nga pagod na kayo at sobrang dami ng pasyente pero sana eh wag kayong magtrabaho dyan kung ayaw nyo na ng sistema or duties nyo kasi ung pasyente ung napapabayaan. Kaya pumunta sa inyo yung may sakit kasi gusto gumaling public hospital man or private. Same ang agenda na gustong maachieve. BUHAY ANG NAKASALALAY. HINDI BAGAY NA PWEDE NYONG PALITAN PAGKTAPOS MAWALA. SANA NAMAN MAG KA QUALITY UNG SERBISYO NYO KAHIT PUBLIC HOSPITAL KAYO,

Sobrang rude ng mga staff specially ng mga guard and walang maayos na place when it comes to the visitors itself. They even don't have enough seats for the visitors or kasama ng patients plus they dont have parking. They're not helping the patients/customer here properly. I did not even feel that they help me when I have a questions. This is the worst Hospital I've ever visit.

This is a public hospital, we're all paying taxes here so we all deserve to be treated properly. I think you must need to train your staff here specially the guard when it comes to manners and care to their patients. Please do remember that you're working here to help sick people not making people sick because of your unreasonable doings. We're not wasting money here para lang sa ganto ka bulok na systema ng Hospital.

I really feel disrespected and frustrated regarding sa nang yari kanina.

Napakabulok ng system niyo dapat di na kayo nagooperate na ganyan kayo sa mga pasyente niyo. Libre nga grabe namang pahirap ginagawa niyo. NAPAKALOW QUALITY NG SERVICE NIYO. Sa Emergency kami dahil emergency yung situation pero naghintay ng 3hours namimilipit na sa sakit ng tiyan yung asawa ko kayo puro wait! Magsara na kayo

Yesterday was a horrible experience with this Government hospital RIZAL MEDICAL CENTER. To be specific sa emergency room nila which is sa pnaka information desk palang yong lalaki don na naka assign sabe nya d daw sila nag aaccept ng patient kaagad ang sabe nya minsan umaabot pa daw ng 1month ang may APPENDICITIS sabe nya bago nla ma accommodate like r u cr*zy alam nya ba pnagsasabe nya, alam ko kung anu ang APPENDICITIS it can kill a person within just 3days tas papa antayin mo ng 1month bago ma accommodate or ma admit at yan pala pnag gagagawa nyo dyan? Our patient has an acute illness that really needs an immediate medication! And whether you like it or not you should accept and accommodate without prior appointment sa emergency room! Ang nanay ko is in pain na like 10/10 ang sakit na nararamdaman nya pero ano ginawa ng lalaki sa information desk ininsist nya na d sila mag aaccept at inadvice pa nya na uminom nlang muna ng mefenamic acid? ! HINDI NGIPIN ANG MASAKIT SAKANYA!

PUBLIC GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL kayo and your goal is to save life pero bakit kayo nagdedecline ng patient!

No seats available outside the waiting area and understaffed personnel in all the windows that they have which causes very VERY LONG WAITING LINE. Also there is no back-up personnel stationed at the OB department which assists other patients which cost me 2-hours waiting time.

Nakakalungkot kase eto lang ang malapit sa mandaluyong na may ERCP.walang maayos na mauupuan, apakatagal ng kilos kahit emergency case na, naninilaw na ung pasyente at need na talaga ng operation.kung may pambayad, i private nyo na.pero samin na wala, magtitiis ng pain, init sa labas ang pasyente.

Sabi sa ng nurse schedule ang check ng OB kkuha lang ako ng fit to work. Pero sobrang hirap pa. Kkuha ako ng schedule pero walang nag rreply. Tinatawagan ko ang mga number puro busy.

It was a horrible experience. First getting In the hospital.you can't use the turn around lane to get to the main entrance because it was block already. The patient is having a hard time walking, but sadly this hospital is not for the disable person. Second, The main entrance is for staff only. Third the information desk doesn't know where you need to go. Or which building you should go, even though I have the Dr. Appoinment letter. Fourth. The name on paper that they handed for the billing was wrong even the age is wrong. Seriously if this people are giving you the medication or treatment. Your certainly dead already. I don't know if the DOH is checking the condition of this facility, and the likelihood of a med or a malpractice may occur. OVERALL EXPERIENCE ITS NOT SAFE.

For anti tetanus injection and I waited more than 3 hours for that. Same for everyone in the non existent 'waiting line' where everyone's just scattered. Very late response for their patients. Every hour of inquiry their answer is just 'Pa antay nalang po' until it went on the 4th hour and so. Bad service. Doctors from Surgery part were NOT helpful at all. Provided Medical Certificate BUT CANNOT provide number of days of rest, papabalikin ka pa for the 'official Medicial record' indicating number of rest days for their patient. Imagine having accident at night then yung patient papabalikin tomorrow for the 'official medical certificate' and when I said I don't have anyone in Manila with me to come back to the hospital for that document if they can at least indicate the days on the first medical certificate ang sinagot saken ng nurse sa nurse station na nag release ng Medical Certificate is 'Hindi po namin problema yun'. I asked from Surgery counter where apparently all people there are doctors as to why they can't indicate that rest days info in the medical certificate they just released and why I need to wait for medical record for that all they can say was 'Nasa batas po yun'. Been with other facilities and that's not how it works, per facility pala ang Law for Medical Certificate, that's new to me RMC.

Worst hospital government.walang parking lahat para lang sa employee nila.bawal bantay sa kwarto.magsiksikan lahat ng bantay sa isang maliit ng waiting shed. Kaunting mali mo lang sa pwesto o lugar sita agad. During checkup nagtanung kung magkano magagastos sbi ng doctor wla dahil government.pero ikaw pala bibili lahat ng gamit at gamot.basta napaka hirap maging pasyente at bantay napakahirap.

Mataray ang doctor sa OB-Annex and OB-ER
Named michelle. She didn't explain well kung bakit ma-admit ang pinsan ko, at sinabihan siya"your wasting our time here, your baby is goin to die if you didnt agree to this blood transfusion" the way she said hurt my cousin she didnt agree to it coz her mom did not consent it. I thought doctors should give strenght to those sick patient not bringing them down knowing they already are.and encourage them not to scare the patient. Shes scared to aagree to it coz her mom said she herslf gone to it but it didnt help her mprove abd it has side effect. I think it her right to refuse coz if something to her she cant blame the doctor or nurse. She already agreed to sign the waiver s. Not all doctor here are bad or rude ive been here twice but it is my first encounter such a doctor. The nurses and doctors a should learn to smil

3 days in a row waiting for telemedicine, on the 3rd na accept ng 10 am then pinag-antay ako ng 5 hours sa pag asang may makakausap na dr tapos sasabihin mahina ang net, maghanap ng face to face na dr. Eh lockdown di ba. Wasted my precious time. Not recommendable. Madaming private na mura at mabait makitungo sa patient.

Poor service, quite dissappointing that patients' lives are not their top priority, we have to wait for 8hrs before the patient could undergo on a citiscan, which should be done immediately to prevent worsening the patient's situation

I'd rate 0 star if i could.nurses and doctors are rude. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.they don't pay respects when they're talking to a patient.especially to me who came to the ER because of OD.smh

Mataray ang doctor sa Surgery when we have our consultation today sa Emergency (Aug. 26,2021) around 1pm. How come daw we came in Surgery because my patient's case was not an emergency and she thinks it's not about Surgery case? Then ask your staff in triage area. Because he was the one who told us to go to your department. We're here to seek medical help from you as a doctor that's why, don't blame us as if we know everything. That's the reason why we came here because all we know is that, you will be the one who can answer about patient's current condition. My patient experiencing headcahe, dizziness, vomiting, numbness of upper extremities and feeling of heaviness of the body. He was hit by an ibeam on the right side of the face affected his mouth including gums and teeth and some portion of his forehead though it was a week ago. The hospital that he was consulted that day of accident adviced him to seek medical attention if ever he will experience such symptoms. There's no one even took vital signs and don't even care to give a chair to patient who waited so long just to seek consultation on your sluggish management. Don't even show courtesy and a frown-like face doctor for that Surgery area. How can you ease the pain felt by your patient if your staff do not know how to show a simple gestures of warm smile and courtesy? God bless.

Sa ngayon may covid19 ok naman sila. Pero hindi mo talaga maiwasan na may makakaharap magaspang pa sa liha kapag alam nila na ikaw ay mahirap lang.

Walang silbi.
No choice kahit hindi na makalakad ang pasyente uwi na lang, walang tulong galing sa doctor, kung meron pa negative zero yan rating ko

Dito namatay ang baby ko okay naman na sya last 2 weeks nya after ma admit, tapos bigla na lang nagkaroon ng kumplikasyon, goodness doctors na hindi sinasabi sayo kung ano ba dapat ang gawin doctors na hindi sinasabi sayo kung ano ba talaga abg sakit ng bata doctors na walang paki alam hindi sinasabi sayo lahat ng detalye mga walang kwenta
