The digital photos ended up nice. The problem was in the delivery of the physical copies and their communication. In August 2022 they said they were having supply issues and said they'd update me on when they'd have available to deliver, but they haven't got back to me since. I followed up with them on September and this April and they haven't been responding to my emails for an update, which is frustrating.

Edit: Was able to get assistance for this promptly after this review. Physical photos look good.

Hi Zone5, can i still request for soft copies of my graduation pics last 2010? If it is still possible, how can I make a request?

I highly recommend Zone 5. Our batch had trouble with the scheduling of our initial grad photo provider, so my friend and I booked individual appointments with Zone 5. Despite constraints due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was able to book an appointment on short notice, and I got my grad photos in time for my graduation.

I'm also very grateful that the studio archives the photos of their customers. A year after the appointment, my laptop got damaged and I lost all my data, including the downloaded copies of my grad photos. I reached out to the studio in case there was a slim chance I could get copies of my photos again. They responded to me shortly after, and I was able to download my photos again in a few days.

Very spacious, safe to take pictures as they put disinfectant units all over the place, very professional, highly recommended!

Big place, enough for social distancing, follows health protocols:) Very very nice staff from makeup artists, photographers, and literally everyone there! <3 Best part is, my awkward self did not have to think of poses because they helped me and directed my whole shoot HEHE

Photoshoot was magical. Staff were super kind, encouraging and just super warm. Emotional support was something they were able to give despite the pandemic. No chaperones were allowed inside, but the staff were very very very supportive. Shout out to Nanay she's the best. Make up artists (mine was with them for 7 years already!), and photographers are experienced and encouraging. The lady in the cashier section was super classy and graceful Thanks, Zone 5! More power! No regrets.

They did our gradshoot last year, and the photos turned out great! They're very responsive and nice to talk to.

Have requested a soft copy of my son's graduation picture that took 2years ago, and they provided it immediately without any hesitation...

My photoshoot was last 2019 but the pictures are still in good condition. I highly recommend this because the staff were very nice and easy to approach. Keep up the good job.

Aside from the great quality pictures, they were very accommodating. It was a smooth experience with them and will definitely be back for future photoshoots. Kudos to the Zone 5 team!

Got my grad pictures in good condition. Excellent quality! The staff were also friendly and approachable during the shoot itself. They were also readily reachable via Facebook. Would definitely recommend!

Everyone is super friendly and thry walk you through everything you need to do. They follow sanitizing protocols so I felt safe.

Had my grad photos taken at their studio during the pandemic and they had contact tracing forms, sanitization station, and alcohol ready at the entrance.they had the most sulit packages out of all the studios our school considered, their photographers were really patient and nice, and their artist was so accommodating with all my touch-up requests! However, their location is not a “commuter-friendly”, there is also no signage outside, and during our shoot my sched is 1pm but we started at around 4pm.

Made my grad photoshoot memorable and fun. Zone 5 staffs are kind and professionals and the quality is worth every penny. ️?
