The worst hospital experience ever! We are currently waiting for almost 6 hrs with my sick grandmother and still the doctor is taking his time for each patient more than one hour for each patient. This is the first time I have experienced something like this. Do not recommend this hospital. They are also charging way too much.

Kung gusto nyo mamatay agad punta kayo dito at gsto nyo walang kwentang ospital na wala gagawin sainyo pero libo babayaran nyo punta na agad agad kyo dito

The worst. Allowed cars to come in even if there was no available parking. It was traffic inside the parking lot. Moreover, I had to pay the parking fee when i reached the parking exit even if I (1) wasn’t able to park and (2) missed my appointment. NEVER COMING BACK BECAUSE OF THIS EXPERIENCE. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I told the guard to not let cars in if there’s no parking left because it’s such a waste of time and money. Instead of explaining, he had an angry tone and said “ede di na makakapasok mga cars. Meron naman sign doon na puno na parking” In my defense, the placement of the signage is deceiving in a way that it didn’t block the entrance to the parking. It was just placed beside the entrance. This made me think that the “full parking” sign is just placed there in case that the parking would get full, they don’t have to travel far just to get the signage and place it at the parking entrance to block cars from entering. (This is what parking lots usually do, they use the signage to block the entrance of the parking lot if the parking is full) I mean if there’s no parking left, why bother allowing cars to enter? Or atleast tell customers upon entering that the parking area is only available for drop off as of the moment. RUDE GUARD AND TRASH PARKING SYSTEM.

Hindi professional yung mga guard lalo na yung sa main entrance.
Hindi pinayagan magbantay ng patient yung girlfriend ko dahil walang booster vaccine copy. Pero yung ibang tao na walang copy rin pinapasok naman. May attitude pa.

It shall be unlawful for any hospital or medical clinic in the country to detain or to otherwise cause, directly or indirectly, the detention of patients who have fully or partially recovered or have been adequately attended to or who may have died, for reasons of nonpayment in part or in full of hospital bills or medical expenses.

Naikot ko na ung hospital and may mga rooms na kong napuntahan at napasok because mali mali ung turo sakin then I found out nasa maling building pala ako at mali mali ung turo sakin. Ilang guards na ung tinanungan ko at dinaanan hndi naman ako binawalan pumasok or hinanapan man lang ng vaccine ID with booster tapos nung nahanap ko na ung tamang building ayaw ako papasukin dapat daw nakabooster kung for safety reason talaga yan dapat required yan sa lahat ng building nyo. Wala man lang consideration kahit magisa ung pasyente nyo walang bantay depende sana kung hndi nakavaccine eh kaya lang booster lang naman ung wala. Hindi naman lahat ng pasyente nyo kaya mag bayad ng 4k kada tao para sa swab para lang makabisita at hindi lang naman isa ang bantay ng pasyente nyo edi kung dalawa shifting naka 8k agad kayo no. Tapos kahit magpabooster kailangan pa magantay ng 5days bago papasukin, mamamatay na sa lungkot ung pasyente walang makabisita at namumrublema na ung mga kamaganak ng pasyente sino papalit sa bantay dahil kailangan magpahinga kakarequire nyo sa booster. Tapos ung guard nyo pang babae kasing tigas ng mukha nya ung attitude nya

This hospital doesn't want to accept or admit a patient if will be using HMO. They will tell you that they can't reach the HMO hotline even if it's available 24 hours and instead asks you to pay in cash and will tell you to do reimbursement aftewards. Amazing!

Very worse here they don't accept the patient if don't have a vaccine if the patient is 50/50 critical situation they still refused to accept cause no vaccine. I feel very disappointed to the woman guard.in the entrance we come from mandaluyong we come here waste our taxi and our time and our effort but when we arrive they can only refused us. It's a private I think they don't need much patient.

If Emergency ka, di ka ppnta dito.di ka papansinin pahihintayin ka ng 2hrs atleast bago kunin name mo.gs2 nila 50/50 ka bago ka iassist. 60%well? Asa kapa pansinin ka nila gs2 nila near death ka bago ka pansinin.papabalikin ka lng nila sa previous doctor mo kasi tinatamad sila iaassist ka.

Spent a total of 12 hours in ER before admission. A public hospital would have done better (we went to this hospital due to an emergency). Unfriendly ER staff. You should have a turn around time for patients in the emergency department for admission or discharge. Well I guess l, the longer the stay, the higher your bill, the better for them. Security guard and orderlies are friendly and helpful though.

Brought my partner at the ER as early as 2: 45am because of bloody urine, unbearable pain and fever and chills hoping to get answers immediately and start medications/necessary procedures right away, but to our dismay, 14 hours and counting, as of this writing, we have yet to find out whether my partner needs surgery or just medication. We are wasting so much and valuable time here! Salute to the nurses and doctors big respect for them but there’s a lot of opportunities and room for improvement in the system!

So nagpaswab test ako kasi may symptoms ako. Nilalagnat, inuubo at sinisipon. And since sagot ng philhealth saken need ko magfill up ng mga form. Pero nung natapos ako magfill-up hinahanapan naman ako ng photocopy ng company ID, since hindi ko alam na need na pala non dahil yung mga kasamahan ko sa trabaho hindi na hiningan eh hindi ako nagpaphotocopy. Pero tong si ate alam na may symptoms ako talagang kelangan ko pa daw mag paphotocopy. So kelangan ko maglakad pa ng napakalayo kahit nilalagnat para lang mabigay yung punyetang photocopy at makapagpaswab test. Kung ganito gagawin niyo sa lahat jusko ipinakalat niyo lang yung virus sa iba. Wala kayong pake sa kung ano consequences ng pinapagawa niyo basta kumita lang kayo. Very baddd

Worst Security Staff ever
Dissapointed at the security manning the cars.
We were discharged today.
I understand that the hospital is under staff aside from social distancing protocol, reason being no assistance made on alighting patients to cars.
After I assisted my son who was operated 2days ago to get into our vehicle, I went back to the waiting area to get our stuff.
Pinagmadali mo na nga ako, natapon mo pa yung food na pinagingatan ko i-pack.
Imbes na humihingi ka ng pasensya. Sumasagot ka pa, Sinabihan ka na ngang wag ka ng makipagtalo.
Sana naintindihan mo rin ako na marami akong bitbit, at hindi naman ako nagbabagal na makasakay ng sasakyan.
And if management is really keen on customer service, you might want your staff to revisit customer service trainings.
Also you can review your cctv between 1: 30-2: 30 sa main entrance gate… if u have one.

I did not receive my swab test result more that 48 hrs already. I checked their website per instructions on how to get the result but the page is not found. I have to jump through hoops to create a ticket for me to get a result which should have been email automatically in the first place. This is my first experience with this hospital and I will never recommend it.

Their fee for swab is more expensive compared to other hospitals and no result emailed proactively. Don't expect me to go back to your hospital for results. I jeed this emailed or respond to my ticket on your website.

I used to like this Hospital. My 1st child was born here. But everything went downhill when I lost my 2nd child. I understand that because of the situation, we can't get admitted at ER coz we don't have swab test - it's EMERGENCY. So we stayed at a tent, which was fine. But after my child was taken out of me, we were also taken.for granted. My husband doesn't know what to do and I was lying in bed. We took my baby home IN A PLASTIC BAG! Imagine the pain of losing a child then we were treated that way! Never going back here again, nor will refer this hospital at all!

Mabagal, kahit yung doctor na mismo nagset ng oras laging late, parking space kahit may space ayaw magpaparada. Ang kalalabasan sa kalsada ka sa labas mag waiting at may free pang sita or ovr ticket pag sinuwerte.

Much better lumipat na lang sa ibang ospital na mas ok ang serbisyo tutal magbabayad ka rin naman. Sayang oras mo dito

My nephew is currently admitted in this hospital, July 2021. He's 3 yrs.old and is being accompanied by his mum, my sister. We are sending them food for two days now. Yesterday and today July 15,2021. We are sending it thru Lalamove and told the driver to leave it at the guard. (The food is in a plastic bag with a paper that shows my Sister and Nephew's name and their floor and room). My sister can not go out and pick up the food because she can't leave my nephew alone there in the room. There's no assistance and consideration from the staffs to bring the food to their floor. So my sister had no choice but to go out because they are very hungry (those were their lunch). So she went out and pick it up from the guard, and the guard told her it is not their job! I understand that, but can't you even hand it over to the staffs or nurses at the door? ! When my sister got back, my nephew was crying there in the room alone.

You had to pay a bunch of money but the service doesn't even cost like that. Worst than a public hospital!

We had a patient at Sta. Ana Hospital not too long ago but the service there were exceptional. My grandma had her own big room with AC and bathroom but we didn't even paid 5k above (1month).
