64If Emergency ka, di ka ppnta dito.di ka papansinin pahihintayin ka ng 2hrs atleast bago kunin name mo.gs2 nila 50/50 ka bago ka iassist. 60%well? Asa kapa pansinin ka nila gs2 nila near death ka bago ka pansinin.papabalikin ka lng nila sa previous doctor mo kasi tinatamad sila iaassist ka.
Spent a total of 12 hours in ER before admission. A public hospital would have done better (we went to this hospital due to an emergency). Unfriendly ER staff. You should have a turn around time for patients in the emergency department for admission or discharge. Well I guess l, the longer the stay, the higher your bill, the better for them. Security guard and orderlies are friendly and helpful though.
Brought my partner at the ER as early as 2: 45am because of bloody urine, unbearable pain and fever and chills hoping to get answers immediately and start medications/necessary procedures right away, but to our dismay, 14 hours and counting, as of this writing, we have yet to find out whether my partner needs surgery or just medication. We are wasting so much and valuable time here! Salute to the nurses and doctors big respect for them but there’s a lot of opportunities and room for improvement in the system!
Unpleasant ER staff & doctors don't even bother treat my symptoms.all they care is the billing!
So nagpaswab test ako kasi may symptoms ako. Nilalagnat, inuubo at sinisipon. And since sagot ng philhealth saken need ko magfill up ng mga form. Pero nung natapos ako magfill-up hinahanapan naman ako ng photocopy ng company ID, since hindi ko alam na need na pala non dahil yung mga kasamahan ko sa trabaho hindi na hiningan eh hindi ako nagpaphotocopy. Pero tong si ate alam na may symptoms ako talagang kelangan ko pa daw mag paphotocopy. So kelangan ko maglakad pa ng napakalayo kahit nilalagnat para lang mabigay yung punyetang photocopy at makapagpaswab test. Kung ganito gagawin niyo sa lahat jusko ipinakalat niyo lang yung virus sa iba. Wala kayong pake sa kung ano consequences ng pinapagawa niyo basta kumita lang kayo. Very baddd

Dissapointed at the security manning the cars.
We were discharged today.
I understand that the hospital is under staff aside from social distancing protocol, reason being no assistance made on alighting patients to cars.
After I assisted my son who was operated 2days ago to get into our vehicle, I went back to the waiting area to get our stuff.
Pinagmadali mo na nga ako, natapon mo pa yung food na pinagingatan ko i-pack.
Imbes na humihingi ka ng pasensya. Sumasagot ka pa, Sinabihan ka na ngang wag ka ng makipagtalo.
Sana naintindihan mo rin ako na marami akong bitbit, at hindi naman ako nagbabagal na makasakay ng sasakyan.
And if management is really keen on customer service, you might want your staff to revisit customer service trainings.
Also you can review your cctv between 1: 30-2: 30 sa main entrance gate… if u have one.
I did not receive my swab test result more that 48 hrs already. I checked their website per instructions on how to get the result but the page is not found. I have to jump through hoops to create a ticket for me to get a result which should have been email automatically in the first place. This is my first experience with this hospital and I will never recommend it.
Their fee for swab is more expensive compared to other hospitals and no result emailed proactively. Don't expect me to go back to your hospital for results. I jeed this emailed or respond to my ticket on your website.
I used to like this Hospital. My 1st child was born here. But everything went downhill when I lost my 2nd child. I understand that because of the situation, we can't get admitted at ER coz we don't have swab test - it's EMERGENCY. So we stayed at a tent, which was fine. But after my child was taken out of me, we were also taken.for granted. My husband doesn't know what to do and I was lying in bed. We took my baby home IN A PLASTIC BAG! Imagine the pain of losing a child then we were treated that way! Never going back here again, nor will refer this hospital at all!
Mabagal, kahit yung doctor na mismo nagset ng oras laging late, parking space kahit may space ayaw magpaparada. Ang kalalabasan sa kalsada ka sa labas mag waiting at may free pang sita or ovr ticket pag sinuwerte.
Much better lumipat na lang sa ibang ospital na mas ok ang serbisyo tutal magbabayad ka rin naman. Sayang oras mo dito
My nephew is currently admitted in this hospital, July 2021. He's 3 yrs.old and is being accompanied by his mum, my sister. We are sending them food for two days now. Yesterday and today July 15,2021. We are sending it thru Lalamove and told the driver to leave it at the guard. (The food is in a plastic bag with a paper that shows my Sister and Nephew's name and their floor and room). My sister can not go out and pick up the food because she can't leave my nephew alone there in the room. There's no assistance and consideration from the staffs to bring the food to their floor. So my sister had no choice but to go out because they are very hungry (those were their lunch). So she went out and pick it up from the guard, and the guard told her it is not their job! I understand that, but can't you even hand it over to the staffs or nurses at the door? ! When my sister got back, my nephew was crying there in the room alone.
You had to pay a bunch of money but the service doesn't even cost like that. Worst than a public hospital!
We had a patient at Sta. Ana Hospital not too long ago but the service there were exceptional. My grandma had her own big room with AC and bathroom but we didn't even paid 5k above (1month).

Went to the Blood Bank for blood donation needed by a friend.
Very decent hospital, staffs/employees are very professional.
Upon entering we were directed to the triage area where Health Declaration form was filled and was asked by a nurse.
We were given the signed form that served as the entry pass to the "yellow building" where the blood bank is located.
The whole process was convenient, only comment is that: we were a group of 4 people who donated blood and because only 2 of us were a blood match they allowed only 2 blood bags to be given to the patient. Downside was, at first they told the family of the patient that even though the blood donors won't be a blood match they can give the blood needed in replacement. Hence the 2 other friends donating with different blood types (not compatible to the patient). But in the end they were charging the patients family with money to get the sufficient amount of blood bags needed. [sadly there might be or maybe there was some miscommunications]

We have been there recently and have observed that they have systematic way of accepting Out patient.
Napaka unprofessional kausap ng doctor nyo.never na ko magpapacheck up or any hospitalization from there.
Very accomodating doctors and nurses even in charity wards. I even never expected it free of charge. Kudos to you Chinese Gen. Hospital and staffs. Thank you very much. May God be the one to give you more blessings in return with your good service. Keep on smiling.
Ok na sana may nilagay kayo na ramp galing parking papunta sa lobby. Pero wala naman palang silbi para sa sasakyan bababa ka pa rin naman pala sa traffic. Ano kaya ang naisip ng engr bakit nilagyan ng ramp papunta sa lobby. Para kaya sa wheeler chair or foot bridge? Sana maisip ng engineering dept kung para saan kaya yun ginawa na ramp. Isa pa wala na rin naman kayo shuttle patawid sa lobby at sa kabilang bldg.
We had to rush to CGH because of an emergency. As a protocol, we were asked to go to their Triage first only to be turned down because we don't have an updated swab test result at that time (We had ours done last November 2020, negative). So we had no choice but to go to Fatima Medical Center in Valenzuela. Imagine travelling from Caloocan to Manila then to Valenzuela in an emergency. So in the end, we were not accommodated whatsoever. We also did not feel any remorse from any of their staff. This is so disappointing and sad.
My husband and I had our RT-PCR Swab done last April 2,2021 (regular swab with Philhealth, not drive thru) and the staff assigned to swab between 2-4 PM in the leftmost isolation room is very unprofessional. I have been swabbed a number of times already pero napaka-OA niya magswab. Walang regard sa mararamdaman ng patient. Napakabargas. Looks like she needs to be replaced also kasi mukhang may lakad, nagmamadali si teh. I just needed some time to get tissue from my bag. Para bang atat to dispose patients already. Maybe for her what she's doing is routinary or mundane pero at least show compassion to the people.
Fast and accommodating people especially the guard on duty.camera is strictly prohibited inside. Just making a quick vlog for my swab test. However can't be recorded the test in actual. THANK YOU. GOD bless you all more lives to heal.
All occupied because of covid.they will not care on patient and will just tell "go somewhere". Totally NO HELP.
My brother went there to get his swab test because he wants to go home to our province. Had to wait for a whole day to get his results. He didn't have any symptoms and never went out except to get his swab test. Results came but it was not what we were expecting. I asked for the actual results from the laboratory but the person who responded to my e-mail was very rude and unprofessional. I was asking for accuracy rate and the lab tests but they want him to go back there to pick it up (in a very rude way). I was enraged at how they responded. I also read the reviews, and this hospital really is the worst. Patients pay you, di porket hindi naka car binabastos niyo na!
