Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center reviews
Ewan ko kung anong magiks ginawa nila definitely not a Vet Clinic!
When I or a family member is sick, we always consult here using the health card. The staff is kind and the doctors are also good.
Super kind ng staffs! 5 star quality service.
I love that their Covid testing area is now located outside the hospital. It makes me feel more secure unlike before it inside the parking area.
My lola is currently admitted in Charity Ward of this hospital and cant take enough to the help of her doctors, best doctors, Dr Charisma Sy, Dr Trajano (Cardio), Dr. Espiritu, Dr Sia and Dr Requillme (idk the spelling po but in Nephro) sobrang babait po nila at talagang helpful, compassionate sa patients and extending their hands lalo na at financially incapable pa kami. Sobrang gagaling po at mababait lahat, if I have the opportunity to award them to their services para sa amin, I really would po. Not to mention ang nurses ay sobrang babait at helpful din po, Nurse Anny, Nurse Niña and many more po!
We have been there recently and have observed that they have systematic way of accepting Out patient.
Very accomodating doctors and nurses even in charity wards. I even never expected it free of charge. Kudos to you Chinese Gen. Hospital and staffs. Thank you very much. May God be the one to give you more blessings in return with your good service. Keep on smiling.
Fast and accommodating people especially the guard on duty.camera is strictly prohibited inside. Just making a quick vlog for my swab test. However can't be recorded the test in actual. THANK YOU. GOD bless you all more lives to heal.
Follow up for my 3 months old premature baby boy KUB.
New born screening follow up and vaccinations.
Hassle free drive thru COVID test. Got our drive thru RT-PCR results before 48 hours. I asked for additional supporting "document proof" as required by the HK Government. Kudos to the staff, they are quick to respond to the ticket (~3 mins), even sent me an SMS notifying about their reply.
Way back in 2006, my cousin was diagnosed with meningitis in BGH2 without much research and they were gonna operate on his brain! Ofcourse if you're the mother (my Aunt) you'll have second thoughts so she transferred him to Chinese Gen.and there, they had done some tests on him again but this time they diagnosed him with low potassium level, (maybe from not eating banana) got him confined and Thank God after a week or two he got his health back!
They handle their dengue patients with utmost care and attention. Rest assured that they will do everything possible to give the best medication to their patients.
People are friendly, they dont ask you for money first before they assist and give care ti the patient. My faith in humanity and hospitals (private) was restored. I salute the people running this place. I highly recommend this hospital. If ever I would need care (though I wish not) I would go here. 10 thumbs up guys (If only I have 10 thumbs that is. Lol)
I used to work here and I can say that they have the best Doctors esp Surgeons and even residents
My mother was admitted here for a week. I gave only 4 stars kasi hindi maayos ang billing nila. Better to check isa-isa yung mga items on your own. Ilista nyo at picturan. Have a record on your own para kapag bayaran na e mai-check nyo kung tally. Magugulat kayo madaming sobra. Ppwede nyo yan irefund.
Wait times to see the Doctor are very long - we waited 4 hours, which is not so good, especially when the consultation itself was only 5 or 10 minutes. But once we got in, Dr Sebastian was very kind and helped us with a prescription for medication, so we didn't mind so much afterwards.
My son was hospitalized and took a pediatric private room (1434). The room and bathroom was clean. TV and personal ref is included and an extra bed for companion. The people in the accounting office (philhealth, billing, etc) are very accommodating. The only thing is, we're in the private room where wifi is very weak.
Good service s o.r.
Mbabait & friendly mga sec.guard
Mabilis at friendly ang service s admission (espclly Jessie)
Malinis ang mga c.r. (kht ung ns charity ward)
Keep it d good service! God bless.u. All.
This is the Medical Arts Building of Chinese General Hospital where clinics are usually located, the hospital is across the street.
Parking is such a hassle! The middle shuttle aisle should be used (it will be improved when my wife is hospitalized in 2023, and the car will be able to communicate), otherwise I have to go around a couple of times outside (there is a traffic jam outside and 2 traffic policemen may be arrested) to pick up and drop off people. The parking lot behind the main building should be reserved for medical patients, and some of them leave within an hour or two. Instead of parking the doctor's car, it lasts for half a day and a whole day, and it seems that there is no need to pay for parking! Instead, their cars should be parked in the parking lot opposite. Parking at Chongren Hospital Field those going out cars. It's not a car that needs to be left after parking! On the contrary, it was the person who went up and circled for more than 30 minutes and still hadn't parked the car!
