AVOID THEIR ER.
They will give you test and procedures that has nothing to do with what you came for.
Pregnancy Test and CT Scan for cough and sore throat? ! Come on!
Stop scamming people! If you really must visit them, always ask and check first what they want to do. If it's irrelevant, just SAY NO!
YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

I went there to get my circumsicion done on 10 july 2023 the doctor was Mary Grace Rojas
I am 27 years adult.
My experience is worst till now
Firstly. Doctor never told me what she going to do or what she did or what is the procedure of the surgery even till now i am unaware of what she did.
Then after my surgery done half of the wound was open already like after few hours.
She didn’t told me that the stitches are not self dissolving.
I was told to come back to check up again after one week which was july 17.
Then doctor told me i am not available till next week. And she didn’t even reply after that.
Then i called her so many times and she told me to come at her clinic.
Appointment Time was 10 am and she get there approximately 1pm.
She cut my stitches and told me we are done
Then I showed her 2 more stitches there because i was the one seeing them everyday waiting for them to dissolve.
It can be imagined if we don’t remove stitches more than two weeks they hide somewhere there.
Anyway when i came back home i found two more stitches and cut them on my own that same night.
But you know what after three weeks on 29th july I found another stitch hahaha my gawd i am so pissed right now i wanna sue her please someone suggest me something.
I have a video of me removing my own stitches.
And waiting for more stitches to be showen in the future.
Can’t imagine myself founding another stitch when i am 80 years old.

I traveled for more than two thousand miles from Chuuk, Micronesia for medical treatment. My first time in the philippines and first time ever to be admitted in a hospital. Coming here wasn’t easy, I was worried & scared, not knowing what to expect and how to handle hospital procedures and everything, however my experiences here at the DE LOS SANTOS MEDICAL CENTER was one in a million. One I will not forget for years. For that I have many people to thank, many who their names I do not remember and I apologize for that.

To name a few, I would like to start off with the very first person I met at the airport, Ms. Ana Guilot. My doctors Mr. Natalio Alegre, Mr. Teodoro Ramos & all the doctors, Nurse Isabel (Ysa), Nurse She, and all the nurses from the 3rd floor. The staffs in the cardio department, Ms. Cheng from the respiratory department and Mr. “I grew up in the Middle East” again, I apologize I don’t remember everybody’s names. Thank you all so much for taking amazing care of me during my stay.

To the lovely ladies & gentlemen, the custodians for maintaining the cleanliness of the room I stayed in for a week, as well as the kitchen staffs for making sure we have our meals on time and not to forget the securities for doing their job making us feel safe especially during night time. Each one of you regardless of what positions you hold, all of you provide services that contributes to making my stay enjoyable & peaceful. I know Thank you isn’t enough but I have to say it anyway. From my heart to yours’ THANK YOU all so much, Salamat & Kinisou chapur. God bless you all.

Operator assistance when calling landline took a very long time to be available. Been calling for almost 30 minutes and no one was answering. Reflective of poor service. "Alaga ka yan ang pangako ko. " muzak becomes so annoying already.

Tip: Have someone who knows how to check basic medical tests like BP and blood sugar tests.

You can't help but wonder if they are doing stuff to the patient to keep them confined and be billed more. Poor diagnostics, poor facilities, and seriously obnoxious security people.

If you can afford other hospitals like St Luke's or UST, by all means, take them there.

“ I wish to thank the doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals and staff who each and collectively made my experience at your facility as easy and successful as it could be. ”

Look at the pictures. Please turuan nyo magswero mga nurses nyo! Tatlong turok ng swero puro kayo palpak!
Pumunta ako sa ER para maging ok ako hindi para mapagpractisan ng mga incompetent na nurses at very rude na doctor sa ER nyo! I will never recommend this hospital! Magfifile ako ng complaint sa DOH about this. I will let them know my experience in this hospital.

The facilities are good for the price you're paying for, accepts the majority of the HMOs available in the market and offers charity assistance for those who need them.

For me. Emergency room fees, in particular, can come as a shock to patients like us. This hospital has an ER with very slow and poor service. How can they not attend immediately to my son's condition? I was expecting a good service here. I went to the ER and everything was slow — the doctors seem not to care and were incompetent. My son has severe stomach dilemmas but instead of attending to my son's situation, the nurse is explaining the billing statement that was going to pay before admitting the patient. It's a money machine for those who can afford it, but not the world-class hospital experience that they claim.
Hospitals and doctors keep sending patients to surprise bills because they make money by doing so,
Instead of saving patients' lives. This place is underwhelming and disappointing. Don't be deceived by how fancy this hospital looks from the outside. This hospital just wants to trap as much care as they can while bankrupting people. This is an expensive hospital with terrible service.

We understand that security staff are doing their jobs.

But disallowing relatives to stay around to make crucial decisions or make payments & not pressure the caregiver into a procedure that he/she won't or can't be able to decide on.

A little common sense people.

But other than that, the hospital is doing an outstanding job.

So my review may seemed overdue. I had 2 of my childbirth here with
Dr. Buenviaje (Sr.). We had our own money and HMO ready long before my due dates even my prenatal check-ups were done here. Mind you we are from Cainta and we preferred it here as recommended by a friend and we had never had any issues. At 1 point, our Dr.even sent us home on my first born because I am still far from dilating and he did not want us to be charged by early check-in when all we'd do is wait before getting accepted to the ER. It was not an inconvenienced at all since we were saved from an unnecessary expense thanks to our Doctor. The same reason I still chose this hospital for my 2nd born. Same service, same experience. Will prefer this hospital over Medical City which is more near to us but will really drain you out of your hard earned money.

So far the cleanest and orderly hospital in the City. Their mammogram is the cheapest at 2,300 and MRI is inexpensive but Heart Center has the lowest price for MRI though the place is too crowded @Heart Center but still one has a good choice price wise.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COST! The bad reviews here are correct unfortunately. We went to De Los Santos Medical Center Jan 25th, 2022, because my Mom had chest pain and difficulty breathing. They did bring her into the ER and she did stabilize. It was 1AM when we arrived and she was better by 1: 45am at 2: 00am she was ready to leave but there was a delay. We waited another hour and half and at 3: 30am we went in and said why is it taking so long to discharge. The Nurse said that she was not allowed to leave unless the bill was paid and our insurance was not answering.
First of all according to the law R. A. 9439 REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9439 April 27,2007 · AN ACT PROHIBITING THE DETENTION OF PATIENTS IN HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL CLINICS ON GROUNDS OF NONPAYMENT.
**Notably, R. A. 9439 provides for criminal liability in case of detention of patients as described above, to wit: “any officer or employee of the hospital or medical clinic responsible for releasing patients, who violates the provisions of (RA 9439) shall be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty thousand pesos (P20,000.00), but not more than Fifty thousand pesos (P50,000.00), or imprisonment of not less than one month, but not more than six months, or both such fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the proper court. ”
I will be filing a lawsuit against De Los Santos on the nurses and staff that prevented her release and I will also be filling a police report to press charges to the nurses and staff that prevented her release.

We took our parents there due to symptoms of Covid. My father came back negative but my mom was positive. They still pushed covid treatment on my father even though he recovered with antibiotics and only ever showed bacterial pneumonia symptoms.

As for my mom, they pushed remdesivir and tocilizumab nonstop even when we pointed out that they are not endorsed for the treatment of covid by the WHO. The hospital doctors and nurses repeatedly ignored us, even when we would ask for a simple clarification on what they were discussing.

Anything we ever said or suggested was dismissed out of hand, even when my uncle who is also a Doctor was discussing how he has treated covid patients and helped them recover but since he was in cavite he was unable to directly treat her, and the hospital blew him off as if he was clueless every time.

They hounded us every day to pay more and more money with no progress on my moms health. They intubated her with no sedation and blamed my father for it, even though he approved the sedation. My mom has flatlined once, her vitals are erratic and she even got hypothermia which if i had not called and complained they would have ignored completely.

They as well have cut off all medication supplied by them, since we were not able to pay as fast as they wanted they stopped it. Now they want us to buy 100,000 pesos worth of drugs every single day or they will not supply her anything.

This hospital only cares about profits and gouging money from patients, it has zero concern for healthcare or helping people.
