1st, no one answers their hotline, ever. 2nd when patient gets admitted, they'll say theres a LONG waiting list for the cheaper rooms and only their more expensive private suite is available. But when we walked around, a lot of the rooms were EMPTY. Rooms are also rundown, dark, damp, and smell musty. 3rd, the doctor made a mistake in suturing after surgery, and patient had to go back to OR after a few days to rectify. We were billed for both instances (doctors fee, supplies, OR use, and anesthesiologist). 4th, payment is stressful and inconvenient. Doctors professional fees have to be paid in COLD HARD PAPER CASH, they don't accept bank transfers or debit cards.

Worst hospital ever. How come my HMO card works in Metro North but not in Pacific Global? Lazy staff mostly re-active.

Nurses are so nice and our pedia even texted us and explained our child's situation since she's not able to check on her during that day.

Premiere rooms is superb but when we downgraded to regular private, the air conditioner is obviously beat up and the room will become warmer when you just open the door momentarily. Their Philhealth/billing staff are incompetent. They lost my paper that were signed by the doctor already and asked me to find it. I even took the stairs all the way to 6th floor since they need it asap and note, the elevator is hella slow. Only to get a phone call that they already found the paper and submitted it to the billing. I thought that the staff is already coordinating w/ our HMO but after 2 hrs later, I had my mother in law follow up our final bill and still was not moving!

But we're still able to discharge within the day.

The Isolation room is still better than Bernadino, w/c is the closest hospital we have.

My wife had our daughter here via c section. Very professional and friendly staff. Very reasonable rates as well.

From emergency to room transfer to 6th floor everyone is approachable and accommodating. Nurses are helpful and room clean and well sanitize.

The staff at the ER were kind of indifferent, with the exception of one lady nurse who was compassionate enough to reassure us and follow up on matters for us, and for that I’m grateful. Took a while for us to be assigned a room, we had to stay in an isolation room for hours. Good thing it was airconditioned and had a bed and enough privacy. Overall, our experience with the ER is not good. But once admitted and assigned in a room, their service is okay. I hope they’ll improve their ER services.

Expensive yet rude nurses specifically sa 5th floor were my dad was admitted. My parents who are seniors were treated badly by the nurses. I was not there so I was not able to get their names and it was an emergency situation, I have no time to report them to admins. Baka di sila mahal ng mama nila. Billing also not accomodating.

First of all sa admission palang ang tagal na. Isn't that if you know that the patient is for admission it meant that the patient needs urgent care? Ni hindi man lang sinwerohan agad knowing that nanghihina na yung patient at sobrang baba na ng platelets and tagal pa ng waiting time. Next is yung doctor. Paiba iba nag hahandle and they lack update kelangan pa hingin hindi marunong magkusa everyone lacks the urgency. Parang hindi ospital parang hindi patient na may sakit hinahandle. Tapos yung risk management sobrang basura iintayin pa na mag critical yung patient bago pa salinan ng dugo hindi preventive ang tactice. Next is yung scheduled laboratories. Pahirapan especially yung mga may fasting mamamatay sa gutom at uhaw kakaintay para magawa yung laboratory. Pag dating pa sa laboratory apprentice pa gagawa di pa magagawa ng maayos yung labs mo kasi nagtuturuan pa sila doon. Kulang sa malasakit sa pasyente parang mga hindi professional. Yung isang nurse nagtext text muna bago mag swero ng pasyente. Pagkatapos mag text at nakita na mahirap hanapan ng ugat sabay pasa sa ibang nurse. Sana una palang pinasa na niya sa ibang nurse kasi nagtetext siya.seperate the good apples from the bad

Me and sister had the worst experience ever. We were assigned to a simple room that looked like a (tambayan or smoking area) where we thought a waiting room since they instructed us to wait for my sister’s results but little did I know it was already their emergency room that cost us 4,500 pesos. I was confused and furious because it didn’t looked like one.

The private room we got had cctv so it was a very uncomfortable stay since we had no privacy. The nurses were rude, unfriendly and lack of basic values. Didn’t know how to greet the patient or even introduce themselves. They also doesn’t explain what they’re about to do with the patient unless you ASK them.

We had a one night stay for my sister’s case dengue and it was already 33k in which we don’t feel worth it as per their bad service. Do not go to this hospital. EVERYONE IS RUDE.

Ang kakapal ng mga mukha. Mga mukhang pera. Wala pang 3 hrs ako nagstay sa isolation room nyo sa labas, ni hindi nyo man lang nga ako pinahiga, tapos ang makikita kong binawas nyo sa healthcard ko 19k. CBC, urine test at dextrose lang ginawa nyo sakin. Mga ganid sa pera, dinaig nyo pa yung malalaking hospital ah. Ni hindi nga ako sinilip ng doktor, puro nurse lang nakausap ko. Tapos ganyan, napaka walang hiya talaga, sana kayo naman ang magkasakit at walang magawa ang mga pera nyo.

We waited almost 2 hours for anti rabies shot. Nurses asked for our HMO card but did not gave the card to info desk as soon as we give him the card. He literally gave the card to the front desk after 1 hour of waiting.

Bad service, unjust system. Based on experience, wag kayong pumunta dito kung gusto nyong makasama pa ang pasyenteng i-aadmit nyo. Honestly, this is the only thing I can do to relieve my anger for this hospital. Not only is it a worthless money-grabbing company, it makes businesses out of the illnesses of others. If you guys want to save lives, shut your hospital down!

Straight out robbery. Imagine having an entry for a bill that doesn't have a breakdown.nagpaopera ang mother ko and there was an equipment that they didn't have.that equipment was 70 000 as agreed. On releasing, when the bill comes out, that equipment was charged around 110 000+. I asked, bakit lumobo ng ganun yung price. The billing told me, it was because my mother is a senior citizen and there was a hospital charge for using an outside equipment. GOD DAMN.so lumalabas is napamahal pa kami dahil senior citizen mother ko? And lumalabas is kumita pa sila for not having that special equipment? So they are earning more for being incompetent? And why would you increase the price of a particular item when you knew that a patient would use her senior citizen discounts? So napasama pa pala? Total robbery.

They did not correctly diagnose a female child even though the mother explained her family history of diabetes. The child was brought there twice and still didn’t do anything. The mother brought the child to another hospital, where as soon as they saw that child, they acted very quickly and very professionally. The child died. It could’ve been prevented if the nurses and doctor had paid more attention rather than sending the child home right away. In my opinion, the family should sue this hospital.

Worst hospital! They are keeping the people ayaw nila pumagayag sa promisory note knowing wala sila freezer to keep the dead people wala sila awa! Hindi nila naisip na paglagpas 24hrs na di pa na ayos ang patay iba na ang kulay wala sila utak!

The staff are nice. Pero napaka-bulok ng sistema. It took 6hrs bago kami ma-admit sa room kahit meron ng room available. We also requested for room transfer to private. Pero hindi in-accommodate kahit may available. Suuuper stressful experience. Hindi din ganun kaganda ang facilities! Go somewhere else!

They did not give me anesthesia.i specifically requested to be asleep in delivering my baby. They did not do it and did not even give me anesthesia. We paid 58k for a normal delivery and after paying the bill, the Ob tried getting 10k more from us apart from the professional fee on the bill.
Day light robbery!
