July 27,2019. Rude ER nurse.will not recommend this hospital. Zero rating.no choice kaya 1 star na lang.

I’ve been contacting their given phone number a day before I go to the hospital for a check up the following day and sadly no one is answering the phone. The other day I came all the way from Bulacan to have my check up and when I arrived in the hospital, the Doctor is on vacation.
How inconvenient and really disappointing, I should have known it if only they answered the call. Wasted my time waking up so early only to find out the Doctor is not around: (

DO NOT OPT FOR THIS HOSPITAL. EVER.

Yes it is new.
You'll expect that all the doctors are good, complete equipment, etc.

I've had the pleasure to try the emergency room of this hospital last night because we need to bring my MIL.

1. The nurse immediately asked the patient what's wrong then put 3 types of pain reliever. 3 TYPES WITH DIFFERENT DOSAGE.

2. Nurse DID NOT SAY not to take anything, water, food, etc.and then this Dr. Ramoso came in at sinabi "sino po ang nagsabi sa inyo na pwede kayo uminom? Kaya nga po tayo nagpunta sa ospital para manghingi ng tulong sa doctor. " WITH THAT EFFING TONE. HELLO!? Sr. Citizen, walang sinabi ung nurse, TAPOS GANYAN TONO MONG DOCTOR KA?

3. Paid the room already kasi i-aadmit daw. PERO HINDI INASIKASO AGAD! Nilagyan lang ng dextrose.so I asked the nurse, bakit hindi pa i-akyat sa room eh bayad na? Nurse told me "kasi po immonitor pa.pinasaksakan ni doc ng gamot and dextrose". And then I said. "okay.baka magbayad pa kami dito sa emergency? " then the nurse said "ay hindi po.minomonitor pa naman po ung patient"

4. NAGKAMALI SILA SA BILL! 27K from 11: 45PM to 12: 00NN ng next day? Ang ginawa lang is pinindot pindot ung chan, blood sample and ecg. WOW! But they corrected it. 7k lang daw.nagkamali sila.

5.sira ang CT Scan, so they asked us 14k at ddalhin daw kami sa commonwealth para sa ct scan.

6. The diagnosis is Appendicitis WITHOUT ULTRASOUND AND CT SCAN.pindot pindot lang.

As of this writing, may something fishy sa billing, laboratory was charged 9k pero upon checking the bill, walang breakdown. After settlement we will transfer to another hospital for 2nd opinion na. Again, if you value your life, and money, opt for another hospital. WAG MAGPABULAG DAHIL SA BAGO SILA.

This hospital has a parking policy na sobrang mahal! They are charging P50 for the 1st 3 hours and additional P20/hour for the succeeding hours. A lot of people has been complaining for this ridiculous parking fee! Amend your policy!

Walang sumasagot sa landline n’yo isat kalahating oras nag dial.wala nb kayo staff? Malinis sana kaso ang Service mahina.

Worst hospital.
1. Ibang nurses okay, no problem with the doctors.
2. Ayusin nyo ung ternover s next nurse.kasi naexperience nmin magpapa inom sila bg antibiotic eh nkaan n ung pasyente nmin buti nagtatanung kami kung anu ung mga gamot n binibigay s pasyente namin.
3. Bastos ung mga staff s back office nila.
Ayusin nyo sestema nyo! Mag file kmi ng reklamo s DOH!

Ako po si karen, ako ay nagkadengue nung 2015, di nila ako tinanggihan ng Pacific global.dalawang hospital ang malapit sa amin sa banlat tandang sora. Ung isang hospital tinanggihan ako

Worst hospital na napuntahan ko. Bad service and rude staff nurses. They charged my card but no doctor available to attend. Will never go back to this place again.

I gave birth via normal delivery with my Ob-gyne Dra. Victoria Felix. The nurse staff are very accomodating and nice. The hospital room are clean and the food are good too!

Updated medical facilities, kind doctors and staff. Have my Endo and my children's pedia here. Love this hospital

Pacific Global Medical Center is the only hospital that I knew who's service is at almost excellent level. Emergency room services are great, private rooms are spacious, and hallways are clean and quiet.

I just don't like how nurses are paid here. They do what they are expected from them, yet they are paid low.

Beauty is only skin deep - has a good facility but very bad on service.
Experienced when my daughter got admitted.
The room (spacious, clean, good condition equipment) is better than others because it is still a young hospital. There were no doctors going rounds, just nurses who checks the status of the patient. The doctor came after we decided to move to another hospital.

This Establishment is highly comparable to advanced hospitals such as St Luke's, Medical City, and Makati Medical Center
