Pacific Global Medical Center reviews
53ER doctors are not approachable and they have rude attitude. We will not return to this hospital again.
Hospital is a gold digger. Prices are way Over price compared to other hospitals.
Service is mediocre.
Hotline center is non existent.
Subpar service for such an expensive hospital. Kahit buong araw mong tawagan, walang sasagot. Maglagay kayo ng tao sa operator! May bago kang rt prc? Hindi nila i aacknowledge. Dapat ma antigen ka din nila for extra pocket money. Gold digger.
One of the best medical center.all staff are nice and friendly.im so thankful to them.my operation was success.good job pacific global med ctr.
This hospital is taking advantage of the pandemic situation. Where do you find an emergency rate or admitted that charged for per hr basis that you stay. 520 pesos per hr rate at emergency admittance. 12 noon to 9pm at emergency facility with xray, ecg etc etc goes to 58,000 pesos plus.
No heart hospital! Taking advantage of the family of the pt, giving diagnosis by mouth without concrete basis. The dr noli there stating that my son have pneumonia. Xray result out, unremarkable chest study means nothing wrong. All normal.
We brought my son to other hospital. Please don't go to this hospital. They give wrong diagnosis and they only want money. The doctor there works as a sales person too.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst hospital ever. They lack a lot of emergency needs, everything was very expensive and they don't even know what they're doing. People there are not professional at all they did a lot of test that did not find anything and and even wanted to conduct a appendectomy but when we went another hospital they found out the problem right away and took care of it within just 2 days. This hospital should be closed down and should not be allowed to operate any further.
This rate is for Dr. Emmanuel Torres specifically. Schedule an appointment for my chronic lower back pain and swollen look. He requested an MRI without even looking at my back physically, on how it looks. After completing MRI, I went back to the office to give the results. He did not even bother to read and check the findings. At a glance, he just said that it was normal and what I'm feeling is just muscle spasm. Then he asked me if I want to have PT, which I agreed and he prescribed me some pain medications and muscle relaxant.
So I went back to the office to have him fill out the HMO reimbursement form for my OP medicines. He doesn't want to fill out the form because he keeps on insisting that it will not get reimbursed because I wasn't admitted. Then he agreed to fill out the form but he will charge me P300 for the service, other than the payment that he will have from my HMO. He just asked for my LOI, but he did not do anything and he wants to charge P300 for signing the reimbursement form? Crazy.
3x a day may pumapasok para maglinis.
No process in the admin level, confined patients have to routine there own documents. Dark ambiance of the facility, they conserve electricity too much as in too much.ward nurses do not accommodate request.
Lastly does not follow RA 10392.if you dont know 10392 this is antideposit in healthcare facilities. They require to deposit 5k during OR/DR ops.
I gave birth at this hospital and I love how accommodating and friendly their nurses and staff are.
Hospital packed meals are tasty. Rooms are clean. Handling of health and safety protocols in response to the pandemic is okay too.
Admitting office staff were also efficient. Asked for tentative reservation of room for my delivery ahead of time and they constantly checked on us weekly if we're going to be admitted already.
NICU staff were also helpful in giving us a briefing on immediate care to our newborn.
Good job! Thank you, PGMC.
Tumawag ako sa hotline nyo to make sure na may available pedia na titingin sa baby ko kasi nga apat na araw na sya may lagnat at ang sabi naman nung kausap ko sa telephone "yes po diretso na lang po ER" pag dating namin dun pinafill out lang kami ng form nung nurse after 1 hr nagfollow up na ko kasi nga sa labas lang kami nag iintay e at na feel ko na eto na naman lagnat ng baby ko but then anung sabi nyo may sintomas ng covid ang baby ko which is lagnat lang naman kaya ayaw nyo kami iassist agad kaya nagdecide na ko lumipat ng ibang hospital dahil sa mga unprofessional nurse na nakaduty that time ito na yung huling beses na magpapaconsult ako sa hospital na to!
Brought my son at 730 pm to have checked by the doctor but the guard directed me to ER as there was no OPD at that hour. We went to triage where we were attended by the nurse aid immediately, followed by the nurse then by the doctor. During the assessment I requested for dengue tests. The assessment was fine but the action seemed to be too slow for ER. My son was febrile upon assessment. The nurse aid asked me to perform sponge bath. When we were ushered to one of the ER beds we only found 2 occupied bed, we were the 3rd. 1 of the patient was in isolation room who were free to walk around the area. The ER was pretty quiet. On the bed I found 2 small dots of blood on the bed sheet. Nothing much was going on compared to other ER. They gave us paracetamol to give my son 30 mins from the assessment. After 15 minutes, phlebotomist came to extract blood for the tests. I did not wait for the result, I asked if we can leave because holding us in ER with poor infection control could pose health risk for my almost 3 yrs old son and my old mother.
My grandfather spent 2days in that hospital and incurred 200k bill tapos nung nalaman nila na lilipat na kami, wala ng bumisita na doctor. Ayaw na nila kami entertain kasi lilipat na daw kami.
No one answers the phone.
When I went there personally to inquire, the person in charge for my concerns is not around. They just gave me their “new” phone number, which I hope, someone answers.
Someone answered from reception, then when they transferred me.then I was on hold for a very looong moment, until I finally decided to hang up.
Pathetic Hospital my mother in law pass away due too Brain Stroke, the surgery wasn’t successful now the hospital is demanding additional payments my wife and in laws are so stressed, because they were not informed of additional payments, the stuff are rude no compassion I advise people to stay away from this hospital.
Done surgery with our grandmother. Had a package of 91,500php but ended 112,000php with additional add-ons. Forcing not to less senior discount fo add-ons untill we insisted our patients right.
Check billing carefully as they deducted the PhilHealth 31k less to the billing but seems 18,600php was lessen and 12,400php was still charged to us.
Napaka walang kwenta.
Worst health service. Mali name ko sa Philhealth card ko, i did coordinate with them the moment na nakita yung discrepancy kung ano yung pwedeng gawin kasi hindi maapproved ng HMO kung hindi nagfile kay philhealth. I even asked for assistance from billing and admitting office nila but to no avail. 9am ako nagpaprocess for discharge 1pm na hindi pa tapos. Walang sense of urgency. I was confined here Sept 4 - 6 due to hypertension pero dahil sa service nila parang mas mapapadali buhay ko dito. Not a happy patient here.
If you are claiming a medical certificate, make sure to ready your 150 php. LOL
Do not try to call the number 9014941. No one is answering, if someone would answer, they will transfer you to another line and then, still no one is answering.
I also suggest not to admit here if you don't have a HMO card.lots of hidden charges.
