This is the only Cebu Pacific that handles ALL transactions in need of “human attention” for ALL their clients across the Philippines. And if my memory serves me right, there are only 5 CS staff simultaneously working on site plus 2 security guards. With that being said, this airline has given me the WORST customers service EVER. Oh and it gets even worse… I WAS NOT EVEN ATTENDED because in spite of arriving at their office 2.5 hours before the closing time, their inefficiency, lack of manpower - obviously being the only physical office in the whole Philippines, and not accommodating customers an hour before their said closing time, they are not able to attend to a lot of the remaining customers.
This is probably the only airline that downgraded it’s customer service and probably even erased the idea of actually providing honest service to their clients.
Who would’ve thought that transacting at a bank or a government office could get any worse? Well actually that is the case with Cebupac. They are not even that cheap in terms of fares anymore. Please rethink and improve your service.

Tabigne for his trip for new zealand via sydney, australlia.he was questioned were his tourist visa.he showed his student visa and travel visa but still they did not honor.pls.explained to me why.we cancelled his ticket. Good airline but online portal to manage bookings requires creating an account with CebuPac, even when you click on the option of entering the website as a guest. So why adding the option? Doesn't make a lot of sense

Worst website. I booked my ticket and immediately realised that instead morning flight, I booked the evening flight. This was yesterday, Saturday, 10th Nov afternoon
After which I tried to use "manage booking" atleast 12 times and it asks me to register first. When I do it goes round and round and finally tells me that there is an error and please try later. I even approached the airport cash counter of Cebu Pacific. They were of no help.
How can I now get a refund? It is not my fault that the system was not enabling. I have a screen shot of the error msg with me.

Went and bought a new bag for my flight from iloilo to manila. When i arrived at manila, my bag handle was gone and my smaller checked in bag was damaged as well.

Very poor handling of baggage! This was new. When i complained to the agent, who was very helpful, she gave me a link that does not work and a number that's down 100% of the time.

I went back to the help desk again and got told that the agent couldn't help me because of a meeting.

It was a horrible customer experience.

COME ON MANAGEMENT YOU CAN'T HIRE ONE PERSON TO HANDLE ANSWER A CALL

Worst Customer Service/Airline provided. Been in line for several hours at NAIA T3 ticketing office just to make some ammendment on my booking, supposedly able to do over the phone or online but as expected, no one is answering the "hotline" after trying for few days! Security guards are so unethical by allowing some in without letting them join the line (what is the "catch? ") I can't believe that a simple ammendment will take more than 2 hours in line (still standing here btw!) yes standing! No chairs provided atleast.
Never again with Cebupacific!

I will rate zero star supposedly. How many times I called them in customer service but no one answer the phone, my god, how come? I called three hotline numbers but no one even answer my call, what? This is an airline you must be transparent and easy to contact with in case of the customers concerns. Hopefully you can take an action about this. I don't have something to say about your aircraft because it is really good but all I can say is that you must open 24/7 and answer customer any time.

0 star rating! Grabe! NAPAKA PANGIT ng service nyo! Delayed flights for 3hours! More than 30mins waiting bago bumaba ng eroplano tapos sa bagage almost 2 hours!? ! Binabayaran kayo ng tama, Magserbisyo kayo ng tama!

SCAM! If i could give negative stars, i would! Beware purchasing add-ons from their app or website. They only have the option of 32kg with 1pc baggage, however, once you are in the airport they will tell you a different story! I have a TV with me and they told me I purchased a wrong package (which they don’t offer it online!). I have to pay again! And it’s unfair that I considered the weight of that TV with the baggage I purchased, so imagine? Purely scam omg! Of course you do not have any option but to pay right then and there. I always wonder why they are still operating even though they have the worst service! Please think 10 times before buying your tickets in cebu pacific and especially when purchasing their add-ons.

We have a nice trip in this Airline! Very accommodating staff also! Nasayang lng ang ticket na binili nmin way back 2019 because of Pandemic, nilagay namin sa travel fund, but unfortunately nagsara yung agency sa Zambonga city sa may Astoria! Kasi yung tao lng dun ang makakaopen pero wala na sila nagsarado na! Nasunog na yung 17k nmin.

Got delayed for over 3 hours here in cebu boarding is 8 10pm but the plane hasnt even left manila and its already 9 35pm.basically the plane would probably be here around 11pm. Very late at night. Ride philippine airlines next time. Ive never experienced a cebu pacific flight not delayed. I shouldnt have booked cebu pacshitfic

Update. Even when we arrived. 1AM so far away from our 8 10pm boarding time. The bus ferrying us over were late. And the check in bags is wasting over 40 mins now and nothing has appeared yet still on the conveyor belt.

Masasabi ko lang. Puutng1nqng flight to. Ibang klase. 2am na. Since 4pm nasa airport na ko. Nonstop delays.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. The worst customer service ever. No one answers the phone, live chat is basically useless, no response or updates via email. Requested to convert my flights from SYD-MNL to a travel fund, they cancelled the flights but the amount is not reflected on my travel fund wallet yet. Been waiting for 3 days now without any updates. Would never recommend to anyone!

Poor customer service. Had a confirmed booking but with payment due. Sent an email but no response. Chatbot always says agent are busy at the moment.

Poor service.it takes one day to talk to a costumer service representative. They dnt give a little consideration.so disappointing.same when it comes to email inquiries and concerns.
