As long as there are no problems, the airline is okay. But when they cancel a flight, there are problems with the refund. I am running after the refund for 2 weeks now. The customer service is very poor. I will never use them again.
Newly built office of Cebu Pacific Air. A four (4) storey building with a roof deck overseeing all airport terminals.
Poorest service ever.they had us rebook for 30k because of their inconvience. Very incompetent. Wow. Not even tried to help or find ways to help their customers. All they worry about is getting money. The reason why we pay cheap flight, to get cheap service from them.
