Hindi ok magaccomodate ng applicants yung guard sa main gate ng dfa, sa may appostile area. Yes mhaba at madaming pumipila, pero try mo kuya makipagusap ng ayos sa aplikante, hindi yung sasabihin mo sakin na bigyan n lng ako ng email add at lumabas na, you don't even try to understand my situation kahapon kasi ayaw mo po intindihin. Very inconsiderate! Kapwa Filipino kailangan pang pahirapan lalo na sa panahon ng pandemya. Mahirap na nga kumuha ng appointment, pahirapan pa kumuha ng passport!

Ano ba dfa kayo lang ata na govt.agency ang hindi nag papa appoint. Okay naman ang ibang agency like PSA, PRC, Philsys, and etc.

Ang dami kong email sa kanila walang mga sumasagot, nag send na ako ng payment 1250 hanggang ngayon wala parin confirmation.

Napakasungit ng lalaking nagaassist sa door 1 sa sulok. Pinapunta ako sa door 1 ng information para makahingi ng details sa pagapply ng Philippine passport.binigyan ako ng slip na may email. Ung case ng japanese na pamangkin ko na 2017 pa andito sa pinas. Hindi man lang aq pinakinggan nasa website daw lahat at pasungit agad kung magassist.

Everyday is fully booked but if you try to make appointment tru agent they can get schedule.why?

Ilang linggo nang walang slot online for dfa apostille. Same ecperience din sa passport appointment online. Kung may zero na star rating o negative pa yun ilalagay ko.

They have greatly improved the services here. Despite the "hidden business" involved where you have to pay higher costs to be scheduled here, they actually have very fast processing here. The only problem is that you will have to fall in line outside and some people could insert. I wish they have priority numbers here so everything can be smoother. But once you get inside the offices, it is really smooth. Took me only 30 minutes maximum. The longer wait was outside which took about an hour.

Bakit lahat ng site nyo fully booked? Nkkainis kaya yung iba nagppalakad kailangan ba mag bayad ng mahal pra lng sa slot ng appointment! Masyado nyong pinahihirapan!

Processed my lost passport renewal and was really satisfied by the employees courtesy and welcoming atmosphere. All I can say is that the people there has a heart. They work within their timeline. Very considerate people though they only run by skeletal force. Godspeed and more power!

I've been trying to book an appointment for authentication of my PSA documents but to my dismay it wont let me through even theres an available date and time stated, so how can you ask everyone to book online if its not accurate at all? When everyone is trying their best to follow your rules, i guess everyone deserve a fair results of their queries as well.please be fair to us!

Kapag tinawagan auto busy, kapag inemail auto reply. Ung mga contact numbers wala sumasagot. Tpos pag personal ka pumunta ang haba ng pila pero nag cecellphone mga staff. Dapat dito computerized na lng kung hindi nag eeffort mga staff. Panay kwentuhan lng at tawanan sila habang mahaba pila. Di lng ito sa dfa, madami pa sanga ng gobyerno ganito, low tech at medyo relax ung mga staff kahit mahabang pila. Kainis. I automate na lng para mabilis at wala masyado problema

1 star is too much. Bad service. Especially robinsons magnolia. Had to wait for an hour to ask dfa on their contact number when i booked an appointment if i can ammend my name to married on site, the person confirmed yes. During my appointment it wasn't accommodated.

DFA staff are helpful and nice and most importantly efficient!
Make sure you have all the requirements para di ka mastress.

If you're trying to reschedule (unavailable online rescheduling at the moment) just go to your appointment. Aasikasuhin ka parin nila and will adjust your application accdg to what works.

Background:
I have damaged passport but was tagged for renewal. I have all requirements except a valid ID. They still accommodated my application, and gave specific instructions on my next steps. They redirected me to DFA Aseana bc of the nature of my passport. And dahil wala akong valid ID (the damaged passport is not considered a valid ID, for renewal lang yon), DFA Aseana extended my application so I can secure a postal ID (pinakamadaling valid ID na makuha). Ayun, learn from my story.
