Considering the ubiquitous madness of passport processing, queue management at this location is impeccable. Staff, both counter and security, is remarkably courteous and business-like. I admire the strict adherence to safety protocols.

Yung kapatid ko po sa Italy. More than 10 yrs na po sya pabalik balik dun. Nakailang renew na po sya ng passport.bakit ngayon na nag renew sya ulit nung April, di pa narerelease.sabi sa konsulado bg Italy, dito daw sa Pinas nagtatagal may mali daw.e nakailang renew na sya.ano ba yan!

You need to have a confirmed appointment (located in their website) before going to the office. Organized and polite po ang mga staff.:)

I request for a courtesy lane here in dfa bacolod as i am qualified single mom with urgent travel October and i made my request July but they gave me a December schedule how can you call it a courtesy lane.

Di makakuha ng appointment pero sa mga fixer ang dami.di mo maintindihan bakit sila nakakakuha ng slot samantalang ikaw na gusto lumegal, hindi makakuha. Sobrang dissapointed.

Bakit naman ang tagal nyo iprocess ang Passport more than 6 weeks na ah ni hindi matrack sa online kung ano na ang status. Tyaka sana sa binibigay nyong email with regards to concern sa passport sana sumasagot kayo sa query. Pati ang contact number hindi rin ma contact haist!

Courtesy lane is useless for online apointment how could you say courtesy if theres no previlege to get apointment.

Dumating nlng passport ko pero yung sa anak ko wala pa, hindi din ma trace ng Lbc nov 17 kami nagkuha dec 7 dumating na passport ko pero sa anak ko wala parin.natawagan ko na hotline ng dfa walang sumasagot ‍️

Very slow for responds almost everyday went to DFA for my rushing release as a priority ofw but they always told me not yet released at batangas site where the manufactured of passport.even the telephone number not be reached only ther cell number can reach but maybe they have auto generated reply for your message if you can email also at there site maybe 1 Month they can read your email.sorry to tell but Im not satisfied

Good thing you included Solo parent like me in your prioriry lane. Tha trasaction was fast! But i'm kind of disappoinfed because my passport is supposed ti be released March 26,2020 but lockdown is implemented so until now I couldn't get it. Can anybody suggest how will I have it eventhough we are still on MECQ? THank you.

5 star, why? Coz the department serves very well especially when it comes to irate applicants, and also all online appointments are very efficient unlike before

Apparently they dont consider TIN id as valid id for application process.they should have posted in their website that they only accept UMID as valid id and dont accept any other gov ids.

Rodelia M. Aguilar, 61 year old Senior Citizen like me, It was real.fast service. I applied, Jan 19,2020. After an hour I am done And I was able to get it on Feb. 05. But unfortunately at the entrance, Bag and things in my hand went to conveyor for checking. I was not able to get my bottled water. Do you have lost and found? It was aqua blue colored strap Lock and Lock brand 1 liter water container.

Good location. LRT Balintawak station to Edsa station going to Consular Office.more or less 40mins Ride, then hope on a taxi: max is 80.00 unless the taxi driver is greedy and wanted more, a contract is150.00

There are some honest to goodness taxi driver that I don't mind at all giving tip. Because they're dignified driver.

Jeep to CO Consular Office is ¶ 9.00 pesos.

Easy breezy paperwork processing.

Sobrang bilis at maaus ang palakad ng aseana DFA nakakatuwa dahil hinde nq nag intay pa ng matagal. Salamat sa mga nag assist sken kanina jan.thumbs up sa inyo!

Security guards are accomodating. However, DFA should emphasize and inform the public with regards to their cut off time. Many of us thought that the processing with apostille is until 5pm but it's not. Cut off time is 4pm. This way, time, money and effort won't be wasted to people like me who tried to catch up due to limited time and urgency.

8: 02 on my 1st dial automated voice n ngssabi n open 8am to 5pm, nag dial ulit ako mg 8: 06 at 8: 09 ganon p din naka mobile lang po ako kya kada sagot ng automated voice nbbawasan load ko, anong oras po b tlga nag oopen.

A speedy service! I arrived exactly at the time of my appointment.the queue was short, I was assisted nicely and my passport renewal application only took me half an hour. The weather was so hot outside so when I came inside, I'm a bit exhausted and they have free cold water from a dispenser.very refreshing from a person who came from a long journey. DFA Staffs were very courteous and wear a a smile on their faces. Keep up the good work!
