DFA doesn't care about it's employees! Makes them work 12 hour days for 6 days a week! Very inhumane! No wonder work is always backed up and no progress is made! For people looking to work here, look elsewhere. Unless you like working in hell

Great service from all the staff I met. I came at 8: 15 AM and my passport renewal was all done at 8: 45 AM. Good Job from the DFA Aseana staff.

10am palang andito na ako para iclaim yung pina authenticate ko, 2pm na wala padin. Sabe 1-2hrs ang pagaantay. Ano na po? Nakakailang follow up na ako dko manlang kayo makausap ng maayos. Mas maayos pa kausapin ung mga Security Guard kase mas malinaw silang kausap kesa sa mga Staff mismo. Nakakagigil. At yung staff n naka toka sa window 16 pilosopo pa kausap. Basta daw antayin ko e nung nagtanong ako sa window 18 kanina pa palang andun yung papel ko. Sinayang nya lang oras ko. Bibbib

Transactions in DFA Asean was very fast due to a lot of counters open to accommodate applicants, with complete requirements my renewal took only 15 - 20minutes from the time i entered the queue. Always take note that there is a cut-off time for releasing of authenticated documents (cut off is 4: 00pm)

DFA Aseana is located along Macapagal Blvd, so it’s conveniently located. Mostly people go for passport application and renewal, with long queues outside based on application timing.

Mas asikaso ka dito at mababait mga employee may mga magulo din kausap pro kung alam mu nman un pasikot sikot dka nla malilinlang.unlike s mga branches especially s NCR-ROBINSON's NOVALICHES magulo kausap mga employee dun mayayabang at lalo ang manager hindi marunong humarap para kausapin sa problema.

Got there around 7: 10 am then completed transaction after 8: 20 am on a Monday morning even when there are a lot of applicants.

Unresponded inquiry in DFA's Facebook Account. I wasted my load credit as well on calling their hotline numbers. You shouldn't keep people waiting that long on your hotline numbers. Please do something about this DFA officials.

My first time went to DFA HO i was amazing to the service now in DFA. The flow of transaction is well organized.congratulation!

Though lines are long, the processing time was quick. I just wish to see more friendly and smiling government employees.

Surprisingly organized and the staff are efficient and friendly. Make sure to get all your documents in order and photocopied to avoid wasting time.

Take note, for first time applicants like me, wag na po kayo bibili ng envelope at ballpen, sasabihin nung mga nagtitinda kailangan daw kasi yun daw ipapasa sa loob. Hindi naman totoo. Para lang kumita kaya nila sinasabing kailangan sayang lang 25 pesos niyo.

Ang bilis lang ng pag apply for passport. Andun ako 9am, natapos ako around 9: 40s.
